2022.10.14 Love at first sight! How have I not known of this cute coffee & bakery shop before today?!? (Been here 4+ years.) Thanks to my 9 AM client is how I came to know of this place. Arrived 30 minutes early so had plenty of time to browse the LittleFreeLibrary out front which is stocked with really great titles! I had to hold back and only grabbed one book which has a fantastic coincidental story. Then ordered up a latte which is wonderfully rich. (Whole milk only. I don't care. I luv it, but you non-fatters are warned. They also serve plant based.) The ladies who work here are very pleasant and were kind enough to answer my zillion and one questions. Like how early to order up pies for Thanksgiving (pre orders not yet happening). Ambiance is spot on. Bright. Cute. Girly. Sufficient seating. (I'm totally not going to deduct points for the metal chairs that I dislike, but to stay longer I would bring padding for my buttocks.) There is also "couch/bench" seating with cushions. The noise level is low which is fantastic as coffee shops tend to get so noisy with their machines. But since this is primarily a bakery over coffee shop the noise is less and you get to watch baked goodies getting molded and baked. They have a rewards program where you can earn points, but does come with a $5 transaction minimum. I'm not a gluten free person, but they do cater to those who are. I bought a lemon scone (husband's), a savory scones with chives and cheddar (to be my lunch), day old (at discounted price) sun dried tomato scone, and a berry pie slice. Berry pie was fantastic. Lemon scone was enjoyed the husband. I had only a tiny bite and it was lemony goodness. Chives and Cheddar scone was great (Husband liked the sun dried tomato more) Sun Dried tomato scone was enjoyed by the husband (I didn't...
Read moreHere is a warning to anybody who eats at this place, I have come to find out that the owner leaves Dairy cones that are supposed to be refrigerated out all day in her presentation boxes right out front by the register, I have also come to find out that she sold a day old cherry pie that was left out all night to a customer, she doesn't follow standard sanitation responsibilities, I was also informed that she uses day-old sanitation water to clean her equipment she does not follow the health department guidelines to where the sanitation water needs to be changed every two to four hours, also she doesn't test her sanitation water to make sure it is up to code, she treats her employees like garbage in fact I was informed that one of her employees was given a two-day notice to make a $1,000 wedding cake which in my 15 plus years of cooking experience as a chef is totally unacceptable, at minimum a $1,000 three-tier wedding cake is supposed to be given at minimum a week to two week notice. for everybody's health and safety I would recommend someone to call the health department on this woman because she does not clean properly, her Bakery might be called made with love but it is more like made with greed because she rather try to make the money then try to do it out of love she is trying to get her hands in every company that she can before even able to produce the items that she says she's going to, furthermore I have been informed that she does not listen to the customers complaints in fact she never gets back to the customers that complains, she is under the impression that her being self-taught is better than listening to somebody who went to actual baking School for Everybody's Health and safety I would highly not recommend eating here she will make you sick...

The space is a perfect mix of cozy and open—with plenty of room to gather inside and a beautiful outdoor area that makes it easy to sip coffee in the sun or catch up with friends in a relaxed setting. Whether you’re grabbing something quick or staying a while, it’s a place you’ll want to come back to.
And the food? Absolutely incredible. The pastries are next-level—flaky, buttery, and full of flavor. You can tell everything is made with intention and, well, love. Whether it's a savory bake or a sweet treat, there's something for everyone (and usually something new to try, which keeps it fun!).
Since taking over, Tamar has been quietly building something really special here. She has big dreams for this place, and you can feel that heart for people and community in every corner. It’s not just a bakery—it’s a spot to connect, unwind, and feel at home.
If you haven’t been yet, do yourself a favor and stop by. You’ll leave with something delicious—and probably...
