I just stopped by this McDonald’s to get a sweet tea for my sister and I while I was waiting for her to be done with an appointment. When I went through the drive thru the lady with brown hair was actually pretty nice, she had helped us before and was very nice to me and my daughter. As I went to drive away I tried my “sweet” tea and came to find out that it tasted like regular tea. And no, this isn’t just about me not getting my tea. It’s about customer service workers not knowing how to work in customer service. Anyways, I proceed to go back through the drive thru and ask for them to remake them if they could and they said yes, to pull to the second window. I pull up to the window where I come across the brown haired lady again, but also a blonde haired lady. I say “I’m sorry” to them as they fill a sweet tea, assuming it was mine. The blonde haired lady looks at me and says, “I’m sorry what did you want?" with a rude tone. I was taken back and told her that i was the person who just ordered sweet teas but i think they might have given me the wrong kind. Both of these WOMEN (yes women, aka an adult, aka you should know how to treat people with respect) look at each other and laugh, and the blonde haired girl whispers something under her breath and then walks away. The brown haired lady then all of the sudden switches up and starts having a snide tone with me. She goes to hand me this new tea and after I'm repeatedly apologizing she says, "do you want to try this one and make sure its good enough?" So as shes staring at me i try it and guess what? Still tasted the same. So before i can even respond she starts repeating, "is it better? is it better now? is it sweeter?!" making me feel pressured to just say yes and give her what she wanted to hear. As she's pouring out the second redo cup, i can see her literally tilting the sweet tea as hard as she can to fill the cup. Thats when i realized it WAS sweet tea, she was just too lazy to refill the machine for me and was giving me watered down tea. So instead of offering me to wait a minute to refill the machine, both of these women made me feel stupid and ridiculous for asking them to do something reasonable. I get it if its protocol to use every last bit of tea, but can you at least just tell me that that's what causes it to not be as sweet instead of being disrespectful and petty, making me feel like im stupid?! I was so anxious already having to ask them to redo it for me but they werent even busy, there were 3 other cars in line. So i just felt like they were being lazy at their job and to snicker to your coworker IN FRONT OF ME is so beyond unprofessional and i truly hope no one elses day and confidence is ruined by these two foul humans. I will not be returning to this location, i get a lot better...
Read moreI’m not sure I have ever had a good experience at this location. I work in the service industry, so I understand how tiring it can be… however these employees do the bare minimum (if that) for their job. Every time I go through the employees are rude and cold, just throw a bunch of stuff into bags, and throw it out the window.
Tonight I went through, and had done an online order. I got a 6 piece nugget, medium fry, and medium doctor pepper. That was it. I would personally think this could be one of the easiest orders possible. When I got to the window, it was left open with no one present. Not a single person said a word past “here’s that food” to me. I sat at this window for about 5 minutes. On top of this, I never received my drink. I said to not one, but two employees that I was supposed to get a drink. Both employees ignored me and walked away from the window. I waited around for a while to see if any of the employees would see if I was still at the window, and ask me if they could help me further. No one bothered to say anything to me. I ended up driving off without a drink, cold chicken nuggets that were put into the bag upside down, and some fries (half of which were all over the bag). I’m not one to frequently complain, as I understand it’s fast food… but this was a lot of mistakes in one very simple...
Read moreIf you get the food edible it is flavorless and not like it used to be. It tastes like the frozen product you buy from your grocery store and cook yourself at home. If I knew that is what I was getting I could have made it at home for cheaper. Very expensive for garbage. The employees are EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. There is one employee in particular that is always miserable and rude. She usually has the crazy amount of green/blue eyeshadow on and is short. Unbelievable she still works there. My fiancé and I dined-in and was supposed to get our food brought to us, as the instructions on the table number said. Yet, I had to navigate through the new set up to pick up our food that could have been taken from anyone. You have to be keyed into the bathroom (cashier has to push a button at register for door to open) and is ridiculous that you have to check in with someone to use the restroom?! There was hair in my food - fried to it. AND there was an eyelash that fell of an employee on our table when she brought the sodas. Yes, she brought the sodas but not the food... Amazing. Will not be returning. But with Mcdonalds doesn't care. They just live day by day being as miserable as possible and scrape up their paycheck without putting any work/effort to earn it. What is this...
