My prior order to this. They left out 20 pieces of chicken nuggets from my order, leaving my 2 kids without dinner! I called the store and let them know. The woman I spoke to told me she would write my information down so I could just pick it up the next time I came by. I specifically asked her to hold so I could get a piece of paper and pen, and she said. Don't worry about it i've written it down. When I went through the drive-thru today. I let them know they were unable to find anything and made me feel like a criminal. The lady on the speaker asked me if I had a receipt. I said no one explained the situation. When I got to the window. They handed me the wrong order. I told them this couldn't be right. They then took the wrong order back from me and again grilled me about the receipt and asked me who I spoke to. I couldn't remember who it was, but I thought their name started with D, and she proceeded to tell me she doesn't have anybody working there that starts with a D. She proceeded to speak to me like a child, saying that in the future, I need a receipt and I need to know who I spoke to. I told her that I did exactly what the woman on the phone told me to do and that they needed to train their employees better....
   Read moreEricka the manager has had complaints of a couple employees using drugs, and also sexual harassment. She does nothing about it. (Told to me by a former McDonald's employee at location). I used to work here, I didnt know that I worked one day, a coworker immediately texted me 20 minutes after the shift was supposed to start. So I hurry up and run to work in the snow, I then proceeded to apologize to her and show her my schedule book (which she ignored and was on her phone) repeatedly saying "not gonna argue" REPEATEDLY. What kind of manager is that? It was a simple honest mistake. We then got into an argument, and I left the building. She then took it upon herself to take the surveillance video and post it to herFacebook. I've heard by not just one but two people have seen the video posted to herFacebook. My sister has even worked there, she saw two mice scurrying in the back where the food is. When she brought it to someone's attention they then responded and said "oh yeah we named them". I'd rate this place a 0 if I could but i cant. I dont recommend them...
   Read moreI just got off work and hurried over to grab some dinner on my way home. I get there place an online order and go to pull through the drive thru. The auto greeting asked me if I was using the app. I said yes, but after a long silence someone gets on the speaker and says they are closed. Now I know I came late before closing but it wasn't closing time yet otherwise I couldn't have placed an online order and the greeting would have said they were closed. They tell me at the speaker before closing time that they are having "register issues" and can't do my order. I ask them to cancel my order then and they have me pull up to the window and someone does it for me on my phone. I drove home and called the restaurant and asked to speak to a manager. I didn't get their name but I asked why they closed the registers before closing and they told me it was at their discretion. I didn't know shift managers could just close the restaurant whenever they felt like it. I'm very disappointed in this visit especially because I just moved to the area and now won't be coming back...
