My father fell in this establishment…. As someone who has been in the industry 20 years, I do not leave reviews. This is simply to get the owners attention as well as your general manager. Your staff was mopping without proper signage and my dad fell really hard when we walked into your store. We simply asked if we could get an incident report filled out in case of any harm and asked for the supervisor on duty. We didn’t threaten nor use harmful language that would suggest we were hostile. The supervisor on duty said she wasn’t comfortable with giving us her name which was fine but we had to initiate how to properly handle the situation. THIS WAS DENIED! We weren’t provided any names or emails so that we could address it ourselves. After reaching out via phone the next morning we were finally provided with a corporate number. When did you stop providing basic hospitality training? Makes me wonder if any other...
Read moreI don’t normally leave reviews, but this visit pushed me over the edge. First off, I ordered TWO sides of adobo ranch—clearly listed in the order—and surprise, surprise: not a single one made it into the bag. What’s the point of charging for extra sauces if you’re not even going to bother putting them in?
And as if that wasn’t enough, my wife ordered a steak bowl, not a fajita veggie bowl with a few scraps of meat tossed on top. Her bowl had more soggy peppers and onions than actual steak, even though she explicitly did NOT ask for any vegetables. We paid extra for steak, not for someone to dump random ingredients in and call it good.
We both ended up with food we didn’t order, missing the stuff we did pay for, and zero care or accountability from the staff. This kind of laziness and lack of attention to detail is unacceptable, especially for what you charge. Get...
Read moreI’m not usually one to complain about portion sizes but at this location it needs to be talked about. i’ve never gotten such a sad soggy burrito in all my years of coming to chipotle. when i tell you i maybe got 5 decent chunks of chicken and the lady had the audacity to look me in the eyes as if i’m some world that is the “normal” amount, i had to search in the deepest parts of my soul not to walk out and leave her sitting there with the lifeless and confused look she had on her face. i paid 12$ for what i would consider a costco sample portion of meat on my burrito. from a former employee of a chipotle i am disappointed to see how the lack of training and common sense at the new locations are ruining people’s perception of what at one point, was a fan favorite lunch spot for a lot of...
