Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Airway Heights

So been coming to this DQ for a while food is good and typically a 5 star location but apparently sauces are being extremely rationed? After asking for sauce we received one for a six piece chicken and one for a four piece chicken. One doesn't cover a 4 let alone a six. This never used to be an issue. If there's a shortage I understand, if there isn't seriously what's the issue???

UPDATE!!! Gave a second chance tonight and we are done with this location. Clearly asked for two 4 piece chicken baskets ordered drinks with both and a 6 piece chicken basket with a drink. Asked for bbq for the 6 piece and ranch for the 4 piece along with fry sauce. When we received our order noticed they missed one of the 4 piece baskets. The two blizzards we ordered were super runny and couldn't be flipped over. We went to KFC for the other meal. When we arrived home the 6piece only had four in it I got one bbq sauce for it and the 4 piece got two ranch, each of us got one fry sauce. Never going here again. Couldn't be more...

I posted with my google account so people know what I say next is from a real person and a real experience. Also, I’m from another town so no one I know owns this fantastic place.

The food, compared to other fast food joints, was really good. My artisan pulled pork sandwich bun was of nice quality that held up well. But above the good food and excellent tasty blizzard, the service was equal to that of a high end restaurant where I’d be lucky if my meal cost $50 for me alone. The cashier gave me a real cup when I said I wanted water, gave my son an extra banana when he accidentally brought us fries when it was a banana he ordered, but above all- they were all happy as though there was no other place they wanted to be and super polite. Around noon tuesday our office decided to get everyone a treat, so we called in a 17 item order (mostly blizzards).

The girl who took my order was helpful and nice. I asked if I could pick up the order at 2pm and there was no hesitation on her end. When I got there they had my order already rung up and within minutes I had paid and they had not only brought my order out but carried it to my car. On top of that they had stored it in a freezer that made it so cold it was still frozen when I got it back to the office. No runny blizzards for this group and everyone got exactly what they wanted!

I feel like these days customer service like that is hard to find especially in the service industry but these ladies went above and beyond.

Thank you DQ ladies....you restored a little bit of my faith...
