I ordered a half and half pizza with vegan cheese and 3 toppings each. When ordering online it stated about $21. But I decided to order in store instead. When I got rung up the employee got confused when entering the order and by the time he put everything in, the total was about $32. I thought it was weird but figured I must have input the pizza incorrectly online so I paid. While waiting, I checked again on my phone and found that I was correct so I brought it up with the employee. He stated he must have made a mistake. Then when he checked on the computer, he said it was because of the vegan cheese. I then pointed at the sign and explained the prices on the sign and added them up, finding that according to the sign, the total is $23. He then said I don't know and I am not allowed to do refunds so I needed to drive back down there to talk to his manager. I explained that I was going out of town then next day so that wouldn't work. He shrugged and that was it. Didn't offer to have a manager call me like I felt like he should have. Love papa murpheys but never coming back to this location. Definitely avoid it if you want your food rung up correctly.

Read moreLet's just say this store used to be on their game. As of late, say the last six months or so, they have had a hard time getting things right. Today, I called in my order, the same order I get every time. They messed up the order completely by making a Hawaiian, when it should have been half pep and pineapple, half light sauce and pineapple. When I came to pick it up, she informed me of the order and I corrected her, saying the guy who took my order even asked if it was hawaiian and I said no, it was the above order. She apologized and remade it, this time, all pineapple, no pepperoni. I again provided them with the correct order. The lady got frustrated and said to herself as she turned away, "well it was wrang up wrong, not what I was told..." she then just threw pepperoni on top of all the other toppings, which is not how it is supposed to be made (cheese and pineapple on top of pep). I asked if it was light sauce and light pineapple on half and she said yes. I asked a second time because it sure didn't look like it and she again said yes. Guess what? No, it was not. Definitely taking a break from Papa Murphy's. you guys really need to better train your staff and teach them some customer service skills, because I can assure you, they are extremely lacking in that department. There was an extremely long line of people waiting by the online pickup sign and the assistant manager said that that was the line to check in at. We waited in that line for about 30 minutes (the line didn’t move at all) and then someone said that you were supposed to check in at the register. the assistant manager made a very snarky comment about “not screaming loud enough to come to the register to check in”. they said that they won’t even start making the pizza until you “check in” (so stupid). The assistant manager, Taci, was nothing but rude and terrible to EVERYONE. she was EXTREMELY rude to her employees as well as us customers. i have never had worse customer service than this. I talked to a very kind employee and she had told me that this assistant manager, Taci, makes her uncomfortable and is always disrespectful and nothing but rude to her employees. Several other customers said they will be calling the store and writing a review about this person as well. Our pizza order is also completely messed up and wrong.
