Not often I leave negative reviews but I need to be honest. I'm from Vegas and Raising Cane's is my favorite fast food chain restaurant. I was excited to try this one since I moved to Spokane a few years ago. It was very busy, typical of Canes, it's just like this in other states, drive thru line extended to the adjacent road and inside the store was packed. Pros: Food taste just like other raising canes, what I expected. Employees were friendly and restaurant was kept clean despite how busy it was. Order was done quickly despite being busy. Cons: Shop unable to order from app. And employees unable to scan caniac card at cashier. Some chicken pieces were unusually short, I've been to stores in other states and I always get pieces with double the meat. I'm not sure if it was a mistake but I felt cheated, as if tenderloins were cut in half, and compensated with extra batter. There's a reason I want Canes and not KFC. I ordered 2 box combo with no coleslaw, extra toast, and extra sauce for both combos, even though I paid for the extra sauce, I didn't get it and still had the coleslaw with no extra toast on both combos. I didn't bother coming back since I took it to go and parked farther away, didn't feel like it was worth the trouble to go walk back and back in the line. You can see in the picture the order and the picture of the food. I understand the restaurant was busy but for the slogan "never compromise quality" hanging on the wall, it didn't seem like that was the case. For anyone reading this, take it as you wish, raising canes is still my favorite chain, however I might not come back to this one again.

I'm overjoyed that Spokane finally has their own Raising Canes!!!!! If you are not using the chicken as a vehicle to get the sauce in your mouth, you are doing it wrong. The chicken is always hot and never dry. Never. It pairs best with the sauce. Crinkle cut fries: salty, delicious, also great with sauce. Texas toast is buttery and delicious. Coleslaw - I skip it. The sweet tea is authentic. The sauce is magic. It's got great flavor with a kick, like someone helped Zips sauce to grow up and have a bit of attitude. Pictured: 4 piece, no slaw, extra fries. Extra sauce. Sweet tea.

Got a 3 piece combo for $11. The bread is weirdly the best part, it's like a very soft pretzel. The fries are the worst I've had anywhere and were very soggy and sad. The chicken is good but basically equal to KFC. Pretty sure their legendary sauce is just fry sauce, and I didn't think much of it. So I'd rather just go to KFC next time to save about $4 and have some incredible fries. I would only really go back to Cane's for the bread. Houston Hot is still my chicken champion and combos are about the same price as Cane's, but no drink included so it gets pricey.

I've had a terrible experience here. Originally this transpired because I was missing quite a bit of food for my order. The food I did get was okay in general. The biggest issue I had other than missing food is the breading does not stay on the chicken. I live quite a distance from the restaurant and when I called them they offered a refund, because I was not close enough to run back and get what was missed. But the refund never came. I called back again and was told I need to give it a few more days. Still no refund. Called again today and spoke to a manager their name Mango. Mango said that it was probably something technical, however asked me no details about my transaction. I was told that the store can't help me and I need to go to corporate. I was given a telephone number and a website. The website address provided does not come up. When I call the telephone number I'm transferred to customer service and then I get a message saying no customer service person is available and it immediately disconnects. I called back again after an hour and was able to get a hold of someone. I was told that refunds are always done at the restaurant and need to be done same day. I explained that it should have been done same day as I called same day, and as a courtesy they submitted it again to be refunded back to me. There are a lot of things I will deal with at a restaurant however terrible service is not one of them especially when you're paying over $20 a meal for fast food...

The truth about any new popular food chain remains the same. Its going to be busy, making the customer wait longer, the fryers are working at capacity making the food less crispy and food not tasting how it normally should. We've been to Canes twice the first week. First time was the 4th day open and the line only took 15mins with some user error on the tablets. Our order came without my wife's food when we got home. I called and they refunded that order. The food was a lil soggy from what I've had before. 2nd time was 3 days later. We got the entire order and the chicken was much crisper but the fries still a lil tough on the inside. I imagine in a couple of weeks everything will be to a normal canes standard. Dont listen to the drama artists, if youre a canes fan, you won't be overly...
