I hate giving places 1â but this subway on Francis in the 5mile area is really bad! My girlfriend had complained too because they have refused to honor the coupons you get in the mail & unfortunately last week I experienced the poor service myself. I always treat people the way I want to be treated so Please and Thank you are used in all my engagement. The girl who made our sandwiches was in a rush but there was no other customers in line. When I asked for the cheesesteak she put the cold meat on & asked if I wanted it toasted, I said no & she proceeded to finish the sandwich. I asked are you gonna warm up the steak she replied "I asked if you wanted it toasted". So I asked you serve the steak cold now? She replied yes & said I can warm it up if you'd like & proceeds to scrape the meat off to warm it clearly irritated that I wanted a hot cheesesteak sandwich. So I said just cancel it & just got my girlfriends sandwich. Immediately after leaving I called 2 different subways & they both confirmed the meat on a cheesesteak is to be heated! I called back spoke to a manager & told them what happened & she confirmed the meat is heated too so the girl making my sandwich totally lied & the employee standing next to her never spoke up to correct or help fix the problem. Also manager said they actually do except the coupons but it's an extra step they have to do, so instead of doing it they just refuse to except them! So since we live in the middle of 3 subways I'll suggest my neighbors & friends avoid this location because after going back in the customer service is still bad very...
Read moreThe owner of this location has since called and explained his position. He agrees it is hard for a customer to know which locations are honoring the national promotion, however Subway Corp. won't allow him to post a sign on the door stating so. He apologized and offered to send me some free coupons, which I turned down. I'm not looking for free food, just an honest answer, which I believe he provided. I will continue to support this location after his phone call! I have gone to this Subway location for years now. Its always been great. The employee's are very nice and fast. This review is directed to the owner.I average stopping by about once a month and usually spend about $29.00 or so. I stopped in today to take advantage of the February $6.00 any foot long Nation wide promotion. After ordering 3 sandwiches and preparing to pay the young lady informed me that this at this location the owner decided to end the promotion early due to not enough sales. My thoughts as a regular customer are I buy the sandwiches at regular price and don't complain. You as the owner should not complain when the sandwiches go on sale and the customer gets a deal. I have decided that I will no longer frequent this location. Do the math owner. $29.00 x 12 = $348.00 a year lost from just one customer because you are too cheap to give your customers a deal when...
Read moreI tried this location for the first time, ordered online thinking I would get the value I paid for. Picked up the food and the employee said make sure you carry the food so it doesn't fall out of the bottom of the bag. I thought to myself, this bag of 2 footlongs and a salad that cost $65 felt like it had nothing in the bag, nothing to fear. Got home and realized the subs had a kit half the amount of ingredients and the salad looked super undesirable. We paid extra for extra protein and meat on one sub and the salad, literally got robbed on that. The salad end up making someone pretty sick and didn't even bother to finish half the salad. I contacted the store via email with my receipt and the owner said " l set the prices and if you didn't get what you paid for I will refund you". Provided the receipt directly to the owner Ron and never heard from him again. I sent an email asking what the resolution was and h le never responded. No surprise. I will never ever visit this Subway again, absolutely unacceptable food and resp lonse form the owner Ron. Enjoy overpaying your unskilled staff while losiing customers...
