Starbucks — Restaurant in Spokane

Was just in Safeway on Hamilton and decided To stop and get a coffee from Starbucks. I got to the counter at about 6:35, they close at 7. No barista…. I then wait and finally about 6:54 this girl comes strolling in and asks if I need something I tell her what I want and she informs me that she can’t make any hot drinks because she has already broken the machine down and besides they are closed. I informed her that I had been there over 15 minutes, well before the closing time, and she yells back at me that she’s been there since 5:30am! She continued to mutter rude stuff and I walked away. Unfortunately right about the time she started yelling at me my husband walked up and wasn’t about to let that fly so he ended up asking for her manager which she wouldn’t go get so he did. In the end we just left without coffee but I can tell you she’s not cut out for customer service…….. so if you go there and there’s an angry looking girl with a shaved head working customer beware……. She obviously hates her job and has no problem taking it out on...

Had their new release cups out a day early, and then did not want to sell them when I saw them.. The kiosk manager (? Male with dark hair) was extremely rude, and kept shaking his head in the background as I was speaking with the male Barista. He told the Barista, who finally agreed to ring us up (after adamantly refusing to let us purchase, because "we cant sell them until tomorrow") "that's it. We're not selling any more tonight" loudly. Here's the thing - you guys put them out a day early. I wasn't looking for them, I was there to buy hamburger buns. Just went to Starbucks at Safeway and ordered a white chocolate mocha and pretty much just got a venti cup of milk. The girl barely put anything in it no flavoring no coffee and filled it pretty much all the way with milk it is the grossest drink I've ever drank in my entire life. I am so disappointed they really need to get somebody in there that knows how to make drinks cuz obviously she doesn't and then she got an attitude because I asked her for light ice. I am so mad because it was a waste of my money. I could have gone somewhere else and got a way better drink than what I received at this...
