I had my first bad experience there about two days ago on 29th and regal with the drive through cashier. she slammed the door in my face when I came back through the window to mention a mistake made on my order. So I sat there for about maybe 2 minutes at the window waiting for her to open it again so I could politely ask for what I ordered. But she ignored me and luckily no one was behind me. I ended up going inside the building and spoke with someone named Devin about it and he then wrote down what I had ordered on a blank receipt and told me and my partner that the next time we came to that specific location that we could present the note written on the blank receipt to the counter and the order would be free of charge. We said thanks and left happily. The following day we thought we should use up the "written coupon" for the free food he had written out for us to use, when we presented it to Devin who wrote it for us the day prior, he acted confused and didn't remember until after we had to tell him all over again what he had wrote out the day before, because he acted like he forgot even though he clearly wrote the words " talked with Devin" at the end of the sloppy note. Honestly it took a very long time for the same employees we delt with the day before, to give us our food after we gave them the "coupon thing" and I didn't believe that they would have the guts to give us anything that could hurt us or make us sick but this morning I woke up and threw up 3 different times and felt aweful all day today and I didn't even think about the food that they gave us and the sort of disagreement that occurred between my boyfriend and I and the employees at taco Bell that day, but their attitudes were not very kind at all and I honestly feel like they were careless when making my food because their were chunks of tomatoes that had the green stems attached and my chalupa shell was not brown and toasted it was white and soggy and I never have had taco Bell food that had any of that or that made me sick before. I just hope it never happens again. Gloria is the hardest working and kindest employee I've seen there the rest of them are not fit for their job. And I am not the type of person that goes out to write...
Read moreI have a serious milk allergy and made this very clear while ordering. I went through the drive thru and was not able to check my order for accuracy because they do not have a place to pull off and the store was a little busy. I didnt want to hold up thier line. When I got home, I realized my order was wrong, so I called and let them know It was wrong and I would be back to get a replacement item. I wasn't angry, this happens from time to time. People get busy, misread instructions or forget to exclude an ingredient they are used to using for the recipe. No big deal, right? When I get there, I repeat again that I have a milk allergy and thanked them for remaking my food. The girl that corrected my order remade it and guaranteed there was no milk products on my food. She made eye contact with me and told me there was no sour cream or cheese on my order When I hot home, it looked right, but after taking a bite, I quickly realized that she lied. She had put a cheese sauce on it hidden under a very thick layer of lettuce. I honestly believe she was being passive aggressive because of the way she talked to me. I had an allergic reaction from the one bite I took and could have ended up in the hospital. I called the store, to confirm what what was on my food (the cheese sauce) to be sure that was what it was. While they did apologize, no effort was made to make it right. I submitted an online survey and emailed thier corporate about my experience. There response? A coupon in the mail for a free item. I was not able to eat my dinner that night and due to my throat swelling up, was unable to eat anything else for a while and all I got was a coupon to replace the food that should have been made correctly the first or second time it was ordered? I'm...
Read moreThis is an awful store. The manager Skyler has no business being a manager. The first kid that answered the phone hung up when I said “May I please speak with the manager.” Didn’t even get a chance to tell him why, he said nothing and hung up. When I could get back through I was then completely irritated. He said smartly “I did say hold on” he absolutely didn’t he just hung up. They messed up a $75.00 order completely and this kid offered to give me one free taco coupon. One of the items was a taco shell with the meat, cheese and lettuce literally on the outside of the shell. We paid for extra stuff like sour cream on some items and they didn’t add ANY of it. And this is a constant with this store. This was an order for 4 people and they couldn’t get a single item correct, mind you nothing crazy, extra cheese and sour cream on some items. And a Meat swap on one. Most of the items were barely wrapped. Any item they managed to get correct was made so sloppy it felt disgusting to eat. I’d rather not re-assemble my food, if I did I suppose I’d make my own tacos at home and not drop a small fortune on fast food. We visit this store often, we like Taco Bell when we do get to eat out, but I will not return to this location again. I asked for a full refund. And Skylar literally scoffed like I was ridiculous for asking. I would have gladly brought every last bit of this food right back in there to...
