Bought 2 ps5’s brand new and extended warranty on both and everything I bought both ps5 controllers had issues and they didn’t want to honor the warranty and then had to take back my sonsconsole and they said they can only give me a used console for the warranty even though that was never told to me when they sold me the extended warranty the guy told me it’s just business like he owns the place or something and no that’s not just business that’s bad business if I bought a brand new ps5 and the extended warranty I should get a new ps5 if the brand new one is having issues within the time frame of the warranty they act all friendly when selling the warranty but act really rude when it comes to honoring the warranty went in with my son and right away the employee has an attitude like we did something wrong and it’s always the same guy it’s like there trained to not honor the warranty that they upsale you on for everything this makes me never want to buy another product from GameStop again Walmart does a better job and the should tell you something and you would think after spending thousands of dollars they would act like they cared just a little bit that your stuff isn’t working properly they just want to act like it’s no big deal worst experience ever and I would really like to get ahold of corporate about this issue I am so disappointed with the way this store is...
Read moreLove this store. Can't say enough good about it. The employees are the most friendliest staff I've encountered. I'm always greeted with a smile and a hello. They never try to sell me on things, they just always offer the help that I need. I've seen them go great lengths to make sure I get what I'm looking for. One of the employees, Chris is especially always the best to deal with. He makes sure I get the best quality the store has to offer and many times will call around to other stares in the area to see if they have what I am looking for. Most of my trips to gamestop are for games my kids are looking for, so I usually walk in already lost and yet Chris is always there to help and make me feel at ease. The store is very clean, and the employees are always patient with my kids which I really appreciate. He said that “ he couldn’t honor my warranty, that the policy has changed, and the computer has the final say.” He went on to tell me that I should contact customer service” so that is what I did.
