The Store itself is very open, bright and clean. Although the amount of beds (as in any other mattress store I've been in lately), does make it difficult to get around. Especially if you have a cane or walker as I do. I mentioned this to the Store Manager (Autumn), when I was in there. She apologized for the inconveniences, and we discussed the impossibility that a person would have if they were in a wheelchair or scooter. She offered to move any mattress I wanted to try, to an easier location in the store. The Store Manager (Autumn) is very knowledgeable in the many different types of mattresses they have. She is highly skilled in being able to ask you the right questions to find just the perfect mattress for your personal needs. She can even do this with a pillow for you as well! It's truly amazing! She makes you feel comfortable when you walk in and during the whole process, without being overbearing & pushy. It was a very different experience them I've had at other stores around town, where you're judged as soon as you pull into the parking lot (Walker's is the worst! 😤). She will let you look around on your own, but still all you questions about your needs, without following you around like a lost puppy.

So if you are even thinking about looking for a mattress (even if it's 6 months to a year from now), do the 1 thing that is going to help you the most...... Go see and talk to Autumn! You will not be sorry. You will come away with the most thorough and specific information you will need to make the BEST decision about a mattress or even pillow. But make sure you do this with Autumn. If she's off that day, come back when she's there. If she's helping at a different location come back or go to what ever store she is now...

My wife and I have long considered purchasing an adjustable split king bed. I called Jacob, the manager on Saturday to inquire about the availability and he patiently explained some of the options. We enter the store Sunday afternoon and he recalled our names. He had numerous customers in the store at the time but patiently offered answers to our questions. After reviewing the options we went to lunch and returned about an hour later. Over the course of the next hour we made the decision to purchase our bed. At no point did we cents a scripted sales pitch from Jacob. He was honest and straightforward and his answers to many questions. We settled on the price and made our purchase. This morning I decided to compare the purchase price of our bed with an identical item offered on Amazon. Even without the warranty representation that MattressFirm offers the same bed cost approximately 8% more from Amazon. We are nothing but pleased with the price and the service from the store. ...

Choosing a bed is a very challenging proposition these days with so many alternatives out there. I looked at brands and lines available through mattress firm as well as outside of mattress firm. I found it very easy to discuss differences on what I was seeing with my Mattress firm representative, Pam McPhail as well as her colleague, Nikolai. I did not feel pressured to purchase at their store, and I felt like their answers about competitors brands were factual and gave me more information to use in my decision. I found both these individuals to be authentic, very customer oriented and transparent. They went out of their way to make sure that all my questions were answered and even took the time to move the bed I was interested in to an adjustable mattress frame that I was considering so that I could see the whole package.
