BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES-BETTER MANAGEMENT AND EMPLOYEE SKILLS:
My daughter goes to this Dunkin Donuts shop almost every week after finishing her lessons from KUMON next doors. Today, 11.5.15, after finishing her class at 6:35PM, she came to my car and asked for money to buy Coffee Colada from DD. I gave her $10.00 and she came back with $2 and change. I asked if she bought something else and she responded NO. She further explained that she was charged for two COLADAS because LILLIAN said, she did not pay sometime ago she came to the shop. I went back with her into the shop and MARCUS AND LILLIAN, started arguing with me that she did not pay for her coffee colada sometime ago and they got in trouble. I tried to explained to them, but refused to listen. On Monday 11.2.15, my daughter went to the shop to buy coffee colada again, took $10 and came back with $6.31. So, that tells me, her mother, she paid for her drink. For Lillian and Marcus to charge her for an extra coffee colada tonight, that was very unfair. They refused to refund our money. The manager, who should be an example to her subordinates came out with an attitude refused to give us a refund for coffee colada. When she finally ready to give me the refund, she refunded for a small size. I asked for the remainder of my money, the manager started cursing me out. She was held back by Marcus because was ready to fight. The employees in this location need better customer services skills and trainings. They don't finest of handling customer concerns. I WOULD NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE AGAIN. THEY ARE RUDE AND NASTY TO CUSTOMERS-ANOTHER CUSTOMER CONCURRED WITH ME FROM OUTSIDE.

Read moreThis Dunkin donuts used to be great. We get two XL coffees everyday and we never had an issue until recently, especially in the past 3 weeks. Staffing or ownership might have changed because suddenly they have started to lock the bathrooms and our orders are consistently coming out wrong. We don't order complicated drinks. 2 XL coffees with unsweetened French vanilla and just cream. That's it, same thing every day. Suddenly they adding sugar or putting blueberry flavor in it. I got so sick of our orders coming out wrong that i signed up for the app thinking that if i put my order in writing that they couldn't possibly misunderstand. Today, the by first time using it, they only filled one coffee order and then when i asked for the second coffee, they made it with blueberry instead of the french vanilla that was on thev order ticket. DD you can do better! I feel like this location is woefully understaffed and the lines have been rediculous recently. We have always loved coming here in the morning and we hope this location can get back into it's...
Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would and not only that but I am making a complain with corporate since food my husband order today was wrong but the sandwich had mold on it. I don’t understand how the employees at the Dunkin’ Donuts did not see it before warning it up or packing it for my husband. When I went back to complain to a manager and it was a shift leader on duty and I was asked what was the problem and saying that the sandwich had mold, the shift manager not once apologized and the way he reacted to the mold problem sounded like it has happened before. He wanted to know if the other food was ok to eat to which I said absolutely not since there is mold already in our food bag on a “freshly” made sandwich. I am never going there again and just disgusted by the shift leaders reaction and no reaction honestly. I hope no one else has mold on food like we did. Check your food before driving away and eating it or better yet go to another...
