Three Brothers Grill — Restaurant in Spring City

When I asked our waitress why the check was different than the price on the menu she said you ordered three. I said yea but 3 times $3.25 is $9.75. She just kept saying we charge $11.50 for three tacos. Makes no sense at all.

Then another lady came over and said 3 Quesabirrias is our combo special. Oh...what comes with the combo because I just had three tacos on a plate with some dipping sauce. Her reply...wait for it...nothing else. My question to her was then why are you calling it a 'combo' if nothing else is coming with the tacos?

My wife ordered a grilled vegetable salad bowl that arrived without a single grilled vegetable. Just lots of lettuce on top of some rice and black beans.

Ambiance: We sat outside on the porch area. There were 6 of us in the group and where I sat I had a plant on my neck the entire time.

Overall I thought the food was OK, but the service was horrible. It was bad enough that I'm taking time to write this review. But it wasn't just me. The other 5 folks in our party felt the same way.

If you want average food, poor ambiance, and service with an attitude eat at Three Brothers Grill in...

Just received a DoorDash order. Everything in the order is completely cold. I called the restaurant to ask them what can be done because the $14 refund door dash was offering is not going to cut it. I called the store and explained that the order we just received was cold, she started telling me that my order was picked up 30 minutes ago and said a different name, I said no that is not my name, and she said oh that one was picked up at 6:53 so that was your drivers fault not ours it shouldn’t be cold. You can try calling door dash and seeing if they can help you but at the end of the day we are a buisness and still need to make money. Okay and I get that, however $50 worth of cold ass food for a $14 refund, nope! I hung up without saying goodbye because I have grown up in the food industry and by the quality of this food it was sitting for a long period of time to the point where the 12 -15 minute car ride would not have made it this cold. Very disappointed even more so because we NEVER order from this one some how doordash picked this and I didn’t realized until it was too late. Hopefully they do better for...

Don't buy their gift cards.

I work down the street, my boss got me and a few coworkers $50 gift cards for Christmas, the first time I went to use it the person at the counter said they didn't know how to use it, so I paid cash and went on with my day.

My boss talks to the people there and gets it all sorted out, says the system is down but we can still use the gift cards, they are just going to write the remaining total on the card in permenant market. Okay fine, I buy lunch the next two Fridays with no issues, I come in today for lunch and they are once again refusing my gift card.

I tried to tell the girl at the counter that they usually just write the total left on the card down because it doesn't work with the system, I even asked if she could call someone and verify but I didn't have any luck with that either, she insisted I pay cash.

I left me food and walked out. It is absolutely beyond me why this business is selling gift cards that you can't even use at their restaurants. I also don't understand why the manager didn't make this issue evident to all the other employers the first time...
