This McDonald’s was amazing. This morning as I walked in the door, a satisfied outgoing customer held the door open for me. As I entered the establishment I was met by the warm aura of cinnamon rolls and syrupy McGriddles as the gentle hum of the kitchen produced culinary masterpieces the likes of which could not be matched by any other restaurant. I ordered a sausage McGriddle and a hash brown. In a timely and orderly fashion, the bald employee who appeared to be the manager handed me both of these items- conveniently snugly placed in the same bag so that I could I could grab, carry, and relocate it all with one hand. Then he thanked me, and I reciprocated. All my acquaintances who were with me were very content with the speed and fashion with which they received their orders. We sat down at one of the stylish and swanky table sets, feeling impressed by the careful and eloquent artisan crafting of the chairs and table. I disassembled the wrapping of the sausage McGriddle and proceeded to take a bite out of not just the McGriddle, but of greatness. For a second, I was in a state of pure glory. I felt as if I was in a pseudo coma, all my senses totally rendered deprecated and defunct as my central nervous system was overwhelmed by the stimulant that was the McGriddle. Every contact my lips made with the sandwich felt like the kiss of God. Upon completion of the McGriddle an epiphany began to commence- I still had the perfect complimentarian item to couple with the McGeiddle: the McDonald’s hash brown. The outside of it was perfectly crispy and the inside moist. It was coated with just enough grease for it to slide down my gullet with ease- yet I needed not the napkins placed inside of the bag. As we left the establishment we were once again thanked by the friendly manager, and finally we left and drove off in our vehicle. God Bless McDonalds and have mercy on Ray...
Read moreWent to this McDonald’s for the first time… was in Spring Grove for a football jamboree… My daughter ordered on the mobile app and asked me to go pick it up… I’ve never use the mobile app before… my daughter told me just to pull up to the drive-through and give them the number… So I pulled up to the window and told her my mobile number… the employee who is wearing a Manager shirt… Asked if I stopped at the order window to give the number and I told her no I’m sorry I didn’t know I was supposed to do that… she was very upset and rude… even though I apologized, explaining that I did not know and I was sorry… she then proceeded to tell me that I was going to have to wait because there was about 10 drink orders ahead of me (my order was 2 drinks) and that when I got to the window, they were probably going to make me park to wait for my drinks… There is only two cars ahead of me… and one behind me… When I got there, I pulled straight through to the window. There wasn’t even a line to order so I wasn’t understanding why it was such a big deal… not like the line was wrapped around the building or anything… Anyway, I pulled up to the next window. They handed me my two sodas and said thank you have a good day…. I seriously think they need to reconsider who they have as management there… Because if she can’t handle four cars and a drive-through and is that stressed out about it… She probably needs to find a...
Read moreThe lady who took the order at the drive through was really not able anything! Right off the bat she had the "I don't care/ I don't want to be here attitude" I ordered just fine, she told me to pull up to the 1st window, I waited in line for a few minutes because there were a few cars already ahead of me, while waiting at the 1st window (like she asked) no one came and greeted me or told me my total or even ask for a payment. I let the cars a head of me get their orders and while they were in the process of leaving I sat at the 1st window a few more moments before pulling up to the 2nd window (since there was a line of cars behind me) because I must have heard her wrong! Got to the 2nd window where another lady was giving me my order, when the lady who took my order came up and rudly told me "just so you know, i told you, you pay at the 1st window!" And then took my card and walked away! I'm assuming the other lady that was there was her manager... and she said nothing about how rude her employee handled that situation! So... just so you know miss ma'am, if you're going to tell someone 1st window, then do your job and be at the 1st window and not give someone attitude because you're not doing your job correctly! Her initials on the receipt were KS, one of the managers there really should teach her proper customer...
