When I pulled to the window to order the lady ask what can i get for you? I said, one second please. within one second she then said, are you ready? I said one second please again she responded do you know what you want are you ready? You can hear laughing and playing through the speaker. She read back my order correctly. I get to the window she said your total will be 10 dollars for a chicken sandwich. I said I ordered a grill chicken salad with peach drink. She turn around and say she changing her order. I Never changed my order she didn't get my order right at all with all the playing. then said we didn't ring you up for a drink. I ask how did you read back my order and got everything wrong? They need to be more professional because everything was funny to them. This is my first time in my life ever writing a review on a business. One of the ladies apologized but started laughing. Zaxby's has always had good food. It's a given. However, this Zaxby's suffers from an unfortunate staff. I've been in to eat a couple of times, and the staff is generally unhelpful, not-interactive, and distant. For instance, last time I visited, I ordered my regular wings n things meal. The order taker was nice, a lovely exception to the usual. However, you could other people behind the counter using foul language and telling stories, instead of paying attention to the line that was growing behind me. The website says you close at 10. But yet you lock the doors and turn off drive through earlier than that? You need to fix your website to where it says the time you shut down. Very disappointed with the service I didn’t get to receive tonight. I got their at 9:30 and was ready to spend my money for their company. Coupon I had that was only good for today will no longer work after today. I got off work looking forward to my favorite place to eat at just to be disappointed. Please.
