I have a friend who owns 9 Little Ceasars Pizza franchises, so I have seen a lot with this franchise. Unfortunately, this particular location has been less than consistent for me, but die to its location to my business and home I find myself stopping by and buying a “hot & ready” little Caesars has a protocol that requires the franchise to dispose of pizzas after a certain time frame and I’m not sure if this location has the updated equipment or not , because often I get old pizzas. What I’ve done to correct what this franchise fails to do is simply ask for a fresh hot & ready, be prepared for them to tell you it will be 15-20 minutes, but trust me it’s worth waiting, because old pizzas isn’t so wonderful 😉 the only way I give a four star rating on the food is based on insisting on a fresh pizza 🍕 otherwise my food rating would be a two star rating at this location
The over-all attitude of the workers I’ve felt with at the register has been “I’m just here and not interested in being friendly, so just order, give me your payment method and go sit down or stand out of the way”
But, if you’re not concerned about politeness or doing business with people who treat you with respect and want a decent pizza at a low price and request to wait for a fresh pizza to come out of the oven by ordering it fresh, just prepare to wait 15-20 minutes and it’s then it’s a decent four star pizza for the money money spent
These days I make this location a last resort and I don’t go there often , maybe two or three times a year and that’s is about all I can deal with, since I work in retail business all my life and deal with customers / people every day I believe in treating everyone with respect and I believe anyone working in a business should be nice to their customers who pay their salaries, so as a customer I expect to be treated with respect and wittiness others being treated respectfully and not have to deal with a cashier who acts like their so cool...

I get a pepperoni pizza and all of a sudden a man in a blue shirt comes to the register clicks something and somehow disconnects my card saying “connection to POS lost” I look at my Bank statement and shows it charged me $8.19 for the order. So the man was like “oh it’s not in my system we will have to run it again.” I knew something was fishy when they guy barged in front of the cashier (while on the phone even held his finger up) taking care of me. Then to “lose” the transaction and want to rering it because there was nothing he “could do.” I don’t think so! So I left irritated. I called back and asked for the owners name and number and then I was told I can have the name but not the number. All of a sudden this guys says “actually I was the one you spoke to in the blue shirt I am the owner” I explained how he should’ve fixed my order instead of simply refusing to make it right even after I showed him the transaction on my phone. I showed them proof the order amount came out of my account. He then told me that he “wont be berated over the phone.” I told him “excuse me please quit lying I’m in no way berating you I’m explaining to you how you messed up a regular customers order and refused to fix it.”
I called corporate. So done with this franchise Pizza stores assuming this community needs to negligent and...
Read moreThis place needs several lessons in customer service!! A few weeks ago there was the most awful interaction between a customer and a couple of employees here. The customer had a paid for order. Picked it up. It included a drink. He grabbed a 2 liter and walked out. The two employees, I think one was a manager, accosted him, and grabbed his receipt saying they wanted to look at it. Then told him he didn't order a 2 liter, it showed a 20 oz drink on his receipt. The guy was like, I'm so sorry, I thought I ordered a 2 liter, calmly, I might add, which I understand, their drink ordering system is a weird mess!! Then the 'manager' yelled at him, "You're not going to steal from us". Poor guy was like, okay? He legit looked like he didn't know what was going on. Is this how you train your managers and employees to treat customers?? If so, I will never order from here again. I hope the guy calls corporate to complain. Legit this place needs some training in customer service. It was embarrassing and I hope the guy never goes back. There is no way he was stealing. Like I said their drink ordering system is truly messed up. Maybe fix that instead of making unfounded...
