Burger King — Restaurant in Spring Hill

Wow, went there for lunch break with my lawn care crew and ordered a combo meal and paid for it. Food was meh. But the real kick was some manager? named Angel? accused me of stealing soda out of the fountain machine when I was trying to put ice in my water bottle before leaving -- needless to say I paid for soda with my meal -- but was only adding ice to my water bottle when she nearly tackled me.

She ran up yelling and screaming "Sir stop!", "what did you put in that bottle?", "Sir, I need to see it... take your lid off!" then she proceeded to inspect my water bottle to make sure I wasn't "stealing" soda. She went as far as sniffing the water in the bottle after I took the lid off! Wow! I am a 40 year old man who lives here in Spring Hill. This lady (Angel?) made me feel like a criminal. She was very abrasive and rude.

Wonderful way to start a good impression in our awesome community! This "Angel" lady should be fired immediately and I would love an open apology for the embarrassing scene she displayed for singling me out in front of all the other patrons. I had went through the drive-thru earlier this afternoon and had ordered a whopper and bacon king and some sides and had checked the bag and believed I had everything. When I had gotten home I had realized I didn’t have one of my burgers and my bacon king was made wrong. I had called the store and explain what had happened and spoken to Elijah and he had told me that I could come back for an entire remake with no charge. I had driven back to the store, they were only open for another 30 or so minutes left. I really appreciate how sweet and understanding Elijah was with me and my fiancée about what had happened. He made sure that we were comfortable and had offered drinks when we gotten there and were waiting for the remake even though we didn’t order any. His customer service is amazing and as someone that has also previously worked in the food industry, I know how hard it can really be sometimes. Skip this place. You will waste time and money. Stopped by yesterday to run thru drive thru between setting up and going back to a graduation party. The person at the kiosk spoke so softly you couldn’t hear if they took you order. Pulling to the window it looked like maybe the manager was running the window. He asked us to pull to a spot as the chicken sandwich I ordered would be a second and he didn’t want to jam up the line. Almost 15 minutes later and no food I had to go in and get our order(which wasn’t complicated or large). Stood there almost 5 minutes before I was acknowledged, and only an elderly couple was already seated inside. Asked what I needed as our food was sitting there. The tall, heavy set, hairy youngster said “got it right here, Boss” and gave us our food. Till we got home and they forgot my son’s chick strips and gave him a smaller than ordered box of cheese stick fires. Freaking pathetic, slow, and they messed it up, the trifecta.
