Taco Bell — Restaurant in Spring Hill

Went through the drive thru and the cashier who was named Jesus was telling everyone they were not accepting cash payment and telling me to wait on the side of the building which i’m not sure why as I was the first person there. there was no one else. no long line. nothing. I got my receipt at 1pm and waited till 1:27pm for my food order. No one was coming out and there was over 6 cars after me waiting and receiving their drinks. we didn’t even get our drinks. I decided to drive thru the drive thru again to see what the hold up was as I didn’t order much food and was greeted by a dark skinned girl who had a nasty attitude. I told her I had already ordered and was wondering on my status as I was the first and only person when I had arrived. Mind you I asked politely. I’ve worked fast food before so I am aware it can get hectic, she then yelled thru the drive thru telecom that she’s the only person in the store and to drive up as my order was “next”. i’m unsure why I was “next” if when I arrived there was no one waiting ahead of me and I was the first to order. drove up to the window and she handed me my order like if I was inconveniencing her. I asked what her name was and she slammed the drive thru window at me. I had no sauces with my order and my crunch wrap supreme was semi burnt. This Taco bell is brand new and if this is the way this girl is going to talk to people when she is overwhelmed or having some type of day then she doesn’t belong in the store representing your company. she could have handled the situation differently by simply apologizing for the wait and letting me know I could drive up and she would check on my order. There was no need for the attitude. Why are they having customers drive and wait by the building to clutter the small parking area? This just makes no sense to me. It took a lot for me not to go into the store and ask for a manager or record how nasty this girl was being and post the video. Horrible consistency, placement of fillings always lopsided and poorly thought out (i.e. putting creams, cheeses and guac on the most outer layer of wraps). Only consistency is in the frequency of accuracy or inaccuracy. In the past few visits, few because I have to work myself into giving them another chance to let me down, they have never not messed up or surved less than stellar food. Over the past summer alone they left off complete orders, they have left off add-ons and kept on subtraction all of which fit within dietary restrictions I have, they can't even remember to leave off the ice when I order a drink. I confirm that orders appear right on the screen each time and make corrections yet they still mess up the order.

I have cut back DRASTICALLY how much fast food I eat because the industry has proven itself wholly inadequate in executing cook to order meals.

I double checked my mobile order before posting this review (see photo) I ordered a Baja Blast Mountain Dew ZERO. I have multiple health conditions that prevent me from being able to have full sugar soda. I got my order and started drinking it when I got home, and got VERY sick. I tested my drink and it is NOT diet. A blood sugar monitor can determine if a soda is sugar or diet, my tester showed it was full sugar. This soda is almost impossible to tell the difference between diet and regular. I want to emphasize how important it is that y’all don’t mess this up. This is like saying something is gluten free and then giving them something with gluten. I expect a sugar free soda when I order one, I should not have to stress about if it’s correct. It’s ridiculous that I have to test my soda to make sure I don’t get sick.
