Bojangles — Restaurant in Spring Hill

Update (2025): Service when ordering via app/online is not good. If you order online, don’t park curbside. Go inside or drive-thru.

Not sure if it’s a software or systematic issue, but I placed an online order at 11:50a and arrived to a curbside parking space 5-7 minutes later.

I waited until 12:10p before calling the store as I hadn’t received my order yet. The call prompted them to check their computer to (finally) find my order.

I didn’t receive my order until 12:30p, an order I placed 40 MINUTES EARLIER! That’s not convenient nor is it “fast” food. Awful experience.

Today was a great reminder why I don’t go to Bojangles often. Associates were kind and understanding, but all I received was apologies. Terrible overall service.

I won’t be back, at least for a VERY LONG time.

Original Review (2023): Bojangles is always dependable, and the staff is very friendly. My favorite menu item is the chicken biscuit (sandwich). They always supply a generous slice of chicken, which is breaded and prepared with Cajun seasoning. There’s a slight kick to it from the spice. (If you don’t like spicy foods, you may want to avoid this one!) The buttery biscuit balances out the spice, in my opinion.

Other fan favorites include the coffee, the “Botato” Rounds (round, friend hash browns), and the Dirty Rice. We liked the $5 Roasted Chicken Bites Combo, which came with chicken, a side, and a drink. We still liked it when the price went up to $6. Now I think it’s $7 or $8, so we took a pass on that since the chicken biscuit entree is just under $4.

Overall, we’ve had great experiences at this location....

Love me some Bojangles, but this place has got to get it together. I try to give a new place some slack, because there is a learning curve, but I have not had ANY order be correct ever, no employee (including Mgrs) has ever smiled, been polite, even when fixing their screw ups on my orders... This shows me poor mgt. / owner(s) just doesn't care about customer. The dining area /tables 50/50 on being clean... I think table cleanliness is a MUST with any chicken place... Drive thru is slow and inaccurate ALWAYS. I expect to wait a little longer for chicken orders at any drive thru but this one is bordering on insane. And could hurt to tell me it's going to take 15 extra minutes because you need to cook some fresh chicken for my order and have me pull up and park because the next person in line only has a chicken biscuit...why would I want to wait 20 minutes for a sandwich? Don't care how good you taste... I don't even attempt the drive thru here any longer. Eating here has been disappointing except for the food tastes good once it is correct, food wise the only time it was bad was I received some beans that were old and dried out once and another time got some cold bo-tato rounds otherwise the kitchen and food had been good. it's too bad the people here are miserable and don't listen to what the customer orders... I'd recommend some people skills training for...

I used to have a 5 star bit today's visit put it to 1 star if I could I would put a 0. As you know it tells you to order when you pull up mobile did just to sit there for 2 mins (which isn't a long time unless you are waiting for something like a responce) just to hear hey I need a moment. I say ok. 3 mins later I asked if it's going to be a while cause I had to go to work. So they took my order. I sat in the dt lane for 10 mins to get to the window. I paid and instantly knew my order was wrong cause it wasn't the right price. I knew this cause I order here at least 3 times a week. Then the young man asked if I wanted a different dink? I said do you not have sweet tea he said yea but it's nit that sweet I said I would still take it as I'm diabetic it was going to be better for me anyways. As I was watching through the window this is what really got me.....THE GUY MAKING MY SANDWICH PICKED UP A CLEANER BOTTLE AND MOVED IT OFF THE TABLE HE WAS MAKING MY FOOD AND THEN CONTINUED TO GRAB THE GRILL CHICKEN WITH THE SAME GLOVED HANDS AND MADE MY SANDWICH...... I'm a cancer survivor with a lower immune system. There is no way I will ever be back. I have no idea the possibility of what I could have got ....this is so sad especially with the listeria out break that is going on right now. Bad food handling is how it all starts. Good luck at...
