Buffalo Wild Wings 'GO' — Restaurant in Spring Lake

I've had my orders delivered multiple times by DD. I had no issues. There's been many times I've gone in person to pick up my order and it was totally wrong and I was forced to return to the store to reorder it. There was no apology or concern. The supervisor left me feeling like it was my fault. No compassion. Anytime I go inside the employees' attitudes are AWFUL! If there is not an employee at the register, the rest just looks at me like I'm crazy and not even speak. There's a cold vibe walking in as though my presence is an inconvenience to them.
