I really tried to give this place a chance even after a couple of times of messed up orders and extremely long wait times, but no more. There are 10 spaces for parking to include 2 for compact size vehicles and 1 handicap space. You cannot even get to these spaces due to the lack of proper planning when placing this establishment here. The line for the drive thru is a mess with cards coming from hwy 87 and cars coming from the side road which make it impossible to even get to a parking space. I order on the app to help in making things easier and what I thought faster, but it doesn't matter. You will sit in the drive thru line for 20+ minutes all to get to the speaker and be told to hold for a minute all so they can clear the one vehicle from the window before taking another. Most menu items are unavailable even early in the morning and they say they ate not making anymore for the rest of the day. I ordered a simple coffee with almond milk and sugar this morning and they didn't even put the sugar in the coffee. It is clearly on the tag on the cup and the receipt. How do you forget or miss that? There are never more than just a couple of employees here regardless of what time you come through which could be part of the problem. I agree with a post below that corporate needs to get involved and if they don't want to then they just need to shut this one down. I have visited all coffee shops out there and this one is by far the worst and slowest. 7 brew has staff outside taking orders and you do not wait no where as long as you do at Dunkin, plus you get a free drink for every 3rd or 4th drink you purchase. Staff is always friendly at both 7 brew and Morning Jump but I cannot give the same credit to the staff at Dunkin. They are most likely miserable due to lack of help. I know I would be. Save yourself the headache as well ad the frustration and choose a different place to get your coffee and donuts that will not have you sitting/standing in a line all day just to either not have what you are ordering or to forget a simple ingredient in your coffee thay is clearly printed in the ticket. Do better Dunkin or shut down. This place is located in a busy area with consistent traffic so you have to produce better than...
Read moreCustomer service is so important for any establishment and it’s always such a wonder when or why it lacks at certain places.
My daughter and I visited this location literally within the last hour (seeing that this probably won’t post til later, we were here on 7/16 around 915 am) and well, we left empty handed. We went in and immediately went to the wall of donuts where my daughter was letting me know which donuts she wanted. Important part of the story there were 2 individuals in black shorts in the corner sitting at a table by the bathrooms who we made eye contact with when we came in.
After awhile of not having anyone speak or acknowledge I see there is a sign about needing to use the kiosk for orders made inside. Cool that’s fine. So I find the kiosk and proceed to place my order. But all I wanted was munchkins which were no where on the kiosk. After awhile of searching I just decided we would get donuts only for the flavors that are behind the glass to also not be on the kiosk.
I go up to the register to ask some questions. There were 2 workers working the drive through and one walked past me to the donut wall and walked past me again. This is when I realized the people in the corner were workers because they kept opening and going back into the worker section. They had looked up at as multiple times and still said nothing as we clearly looked confused. So after standing at the register for a minute or so with a toddler we left.
Customer service is such an easy thing to be good at. Unless you have difficult customers which I am far from. Any ways we ended up at the morning jump across the street which is where we should have gone in the first place.
The 2 starts are for the establishment being clean and the donuts at least...
Read moreSteven, the manager at the Spring Lake location is very unprofessional. I always order the same thing from the app from this lication: avocado toast with bacon, bacon egg and cheese croissant and this time I added a hashbrowns. My avocado toad had about six bits of bacon on it, which does not equal up to a whole slice of bacon. I ask for them to fix, not even a whole new one just add a litte bit more to what I already had and the girl helping tried but Steven the manger refused. Steven told the girl that he would have to charge me for something I already paid for. I wasn't asking for extra just what I paid for. So when I asked to speak with him, he comes over with a nasty attitude and says I'll just refund you your money before I could say anything. He asked how I paid I told him with card on the app. He asked for my card so I told him I had to go get it. Once I got my card. I told him, I order the same thing ever week on the app and my get more then this little bit of bacon. All he says is they are wrong and I will be talking with my staff. I told him you might want to rethink how you make your food because people pay for whole pieces of items not to be cheated out of what they paid for. I had already left and realized that my handbrowns where burnt but it was to late to return them being thst I was already gone. My daughter enjoyed her croissant. All the other mangers are very friendly and accommodations except Steven. I've attached a picture from the app of how the avocado toad should look, that is not what I got this time. Five or six bits of bacon does not look like that picture. I know it's an add but he could have done better then what he did. No body wants to eat mess....
