I will NEVER visit this establishment again. Ordered my pizza on their website at 4:34pm. Received email confirmation immediately following with a completion time of 4:54. Requested curbside pickup because it was available and made it easier to not take my kids inside. Arrived at 5:04pm and notified them from the email confirmation that ‘I AM HERE’ with the make, model and color of vehicle in which it confirmed. Waited 15 minutes with no response. A server came out looking for someone else so i also inquired about my order and provided a name. He went inside but did not come back to provide a follow up. I waited but then I decided to call which i asked about my order letting them know i am outside waiting and provided my name and vehicle. They say its not ready. At this time i waited patiently and once It was 6pm i decided to go inside and asked about my order again in which i provided my name AGAIN and they stated its not ready yet. Now waiting inside with my kids, I decided to wait another 20 minutes watching and observing. I inquired about my pizza AGAIN and AGAIN provided my name to finally the server looked then stated “oh he didnt make it yet.”
Sir, it has been 2hrs. I placed my order at 4:34. I only ordered only 1x large chicken pizza. I inquired about my pizza 3x times and no one prepared it??? This is ridiculous! Not to mention you are answering the phone, touching the computer, taking orders while also trying to help make pizza with your bare hands and just wiping on your shirt. Germs and Cross-contamination! Wash your hands or use groves! I understand if you are busy but it’s a Friday afternoon so you should have expected a rush and I inquired about my order 3x TIMES, patiently. So after already wasting 2hrs, I walked out with no pizza, hungry kids, and NO apology. Marcos, you need to do better! And don’t respond under my post requesting to “Please private message us your contact information and further detail via Facebook or Twitter so we can look into this” like you are doing to other negative reviews. Anyways I ordered a XL PEPPERONI MAGNIFICO w/ mushrooms & sausage w/ a order of chicken dippers about a month to two months ago & I pick my order up around 9:45pm on a Saturday or Sunday night . I should've looked in the box but my order is usually correct. But when I get home & look in the box I'm looking at a VEGETARIAN LARGE PEPPERONI PIZZA w/ banana peppers parmesan cheese covered the entire pizza & it wasn't good at all. The chicken dippers I did eat but the meat was very soft. 7 of 10 I paid over $25.00- $32.00 for that order & received a large pizza.. which I ordered a XL & PAID for what I ordered with toppings that I did not ask for. So I call up there the next day & they say they have no ticket or receipt on me coming in the night before. So I let it slide & then about a week after I stop by during the afternoon 4-6pm & I actually talk to the guy that cooked the pizza & he said I dont have a recipe or ticket for your order & he said he did not remember me & I asked could he do anything to reimburse me or even check the camera's but it was a NO like he didn't care at all. I actually felt like I was being played. And NO I DID NOT recieve a receipt so I couldn't do anything & assuming why he couldn't find a ticket for my order. Read moreI've gone back time and time again despite terrible service and product because of great service and product I've gotten at other locations. To be honest all of my experiences with Marcos have recently been extremely disappointing regardless of which location I'm at. You should be able to get the same product from every location when you have a chain. Unfortunately products and service I get varies depending on the time, shift, day, location, attitude of employees, etc. If you can name it I can guarantee that it will affect the service one way or another leading to never being able to count on what you're going to get. If you try complaining you get a attitude and hung up on by managers. You request contactless delivery and every single time they completely disregard this request. Why give the option if you're going to ignore it? Also I always request triple garlic sauce and parmesan on my pizza crust and literally have nothing on it for the up teeth time. One thing for sure is this is the last time because they just lost a really good customer. No point in complaining because as in the past I guarantee the manager will insist he did it himself and it's there. I have to wonder who could hire this person as a role model.
