Delivery was on time, but the delivery driver "Aaron" asked my fiancé for the total bill in cash even though we paid online. Then, when corrected that we paid, he stumbled over his words and walked away. Correct me if I'm wrong, but when you pay with a card, it is the law to have the card holders signature and tip? I tipped in cash, and never got any receipt, which means a tip can easily be written in. I have worked previously in a pizza delivery store and delivered for (Papa Johns), if the receipt was forgotten, we legally, and morally had to bring it back to the consumer. So, with question in mind, we called Dominoes back- and NOBODY ANSWERED! We called 7 times with a total of 22 minutes and not one person answered. Who runs a shop like this? And what kind of air headed delivery driver wouldn't even apologize or make an effort to retrieve what is lawfully correct? I'm disappointed. I feel disrespected by the mumbles I got in return and the banging on my front door....
Read moreI ordered a BBQ chicken pizza with onions, a honey bbq without bacon boneless, and an extra side of honey bbq. I received a BBQ chicken pizza with buffalo slathered on it, bacon on the boneless, and two sides of ranch. So I called and I asked for another pizza, the buffalo made the pizza taste terrible, they were pretty surprised there was buffalo on it and said okay no problem, I'll make sure to check it before it goes out. No big deal, they're going to fix it. Wait an hour and It arrived and I opened it up and it had buffalo sauce on it, again. The delivery driver proceeds to tell me that they put buffalo on everything now, that it's just a thing they do. I called the dominos and I said hey, I'm going to eat this one but you really need to figure out what your cook is doing, the instructions are clear. BBQ chicken pizza. Overall, pretty terrible experience. Poor customer service, go to another...
Read moreMy wife ordered 2 pizzas tonight for delivery. One had sausage, mushrooms and banana peppers. Well, sort of. I'm not sure if there is an industry shortage or the pizza maker has to pay for the toppings out of his own pocket. Sausage, yeah, it was there, sparsely. Mushrooms, I didn't request only 9, but that about what I got. Banana peppers, I think there was almost one on every slice, almost. It was difficult to see clearly because the pizza appeared to be a little over cooked. Does Domino's require you to bring your own toppings? Bottom line, I paid for the toppings, how about you actually make an attempt to put some on...
