THE PICKLE PROBLEM: While I find the service here to be both polite and punctual, I do have one problem. Each time I’ve patronized this particular location the past few months, I have to make it a point to petition persistently (at least thrice) for pickles, only to peruse my order at the last window and perceive that they have yet again, failed to place the pickles on my patties. By what providence, I ponder, is my palate being prevented from relishing these pleasant pickles? Perhaps, there is a pitiful smudge on the order screen that has yet to be purified, precluding the person working from perceiving that there are pickles on the order. Possibly, the price of pickles has fallen prey to our ever-precarious economy, causing a new, penny-pinching pickle policy. Perchance, there is a perturbed employee with elevated blood pressure who is unable to consume salt, and is therefore preoccupied with the salt intake of others, preventing others from eating pickles so they may partake in his salt-free misery. Peradventure, he is not being petty, but just wanting to preserve the health of the patrons. (Either way, that’s not really your pronouncement to make, Peter.) Pending a more precise, and painstaking investigation, I really cannot say. These are just my primary postulations on the prohibition of pickles.
All playfulness aside, my polite plea is that I and the other good people of Las Vegas who prefer them, could possess pickles when we...
Read morePer the usual, I am satisfied with the food and service at this location.
As I was approaching the restaurant in my car, I noticed that the drive thru line was longer than the usual. I had two choices as this point. I could either wait in line or I could go get food somewhere else. I did not have the strength to leave the line as I could hear the sizzle of the burger that was waiting for me. Unsurprisingly, I decided to stay.
Once I was near the ordering window, one of the workers came up to me and greeted me with a polite and kind "Hello sir, how are you". I let him know what I wanted and, although he was wearing a face mask, his smile shone through his eyes. It was the same at the payment window and with the girl at the pickup window.
Once I arrived home, I removed my burger from the In n Out bag and began devouring the deliciousness that was awaiting me. Needless to say, I was satisfied.
I will be coming back to this In n Out location (as I...
Read moreI love In-N-Out, its always my first stop anytime I visit anywhere on the west coast. The employees are always friendly and take your order quickly. The drive-thru lines seem to always wrap around the parking lot but if your willing to go inside you can be eating your food in 5-10 minutes. For anyone visiting for the first time, check out the secret menu online, theres about twice as many things to order as available as shown on the normal menu. I myself get a "4x4 animal style" which is a cheeseburger with 4 patties and 4 slices of cheese, secret sauce and grilled onions. As well ill order "animal style fries well done" which is an order of fries fried twice and than covered in cheese, special sauce and grilled onions. If you've ever tried their fries and thought they were soggy give them a second chance by trying them well done. It makes them crispy and worth eating...
