I arrived at the location on Ft. Apache and Tropicana Ave. in Las Vegas, NV at about 7:20am on 9/25/23. I saw that they had new promotional sandwich called the "Stacked Croissant",so I ordered the combo which is described on the website as "A warm buttery croissant stacked with melty American cheese, grilled ham, grilled sausage & freshly cracked eggs, plus hot coffee & a hash brown. I also ordered a "Basic Witch Shake (pumpkin spice OREO® COOKIE shake).
As I approached the drive thru window, there was a man standing at the window buying food without a car. After about 5 minutes, his transaction was over and I pulled forward to the window. The drive-thru cashier took my debit card and accepted payment for my order. Another employee shoves a bag in my car window and I look inside the bag. There is a box containing the sandwich and and a cold hash brown.
I looked inside the box and there was a cold sandwich with meat and cheese only. Neither of the two eggs was included on the sandwich and the cheese was nowhere near melted on the sandwich itself. The cheese appeared to be from the refrigerator and placed on the sandwich as an afterthought.
I sat at the window waiting for my coffee and my shake. I asked the cashier about my missing items. He told me they were out of the shake mix and that I had to pull around to the front of the store and wait in the parking lot.
After waiting for about 10 minutes, I got out of my car and attempted to go inside to inquire about my order and to get a refund since the sandwich wasn't what was promised to me when I ordered. Despite there being a sign on the door saying that they lobby opens at 6:00am, the doors were locked and the lobby appeared to be closed. I went back to my car and waited another 5 minutes. I went back to the door and started knocking. After another 2 minutes, the manager came with my shake. I described my frustrations to her as she stood with a blank stare on her face.
I had already been at the restaurant for over 20 minutes. I was on my way to work, so I didn't have time to wait any longer for my order to be corrected. Read more4 weeks ago I placed a mobile order for spicy popcorn chicken and potato wedges. A simple $8.00 order, I get up to the speaker tell them I have a mobile order, they say they've not recieved it but I'm welcome to order again. I explain I've already paid for the order through the app and the guy tells me there's nothing he can do as they're not associated with the app, won't tell me who I can call or give me a # of any kind claiming he doesn't have the app so he doesn't know how it works but there should be a # in the app. I pull into a spot and can't find a #, not only is there no number but it says if you need a refund you have to go to the location you ordered from........ hmm thats not what the guy at the window told me. At the time I was working and got a call to do a repair at a location so I'm forced to leave. I decide to let it wait, I'll see what I can find, I found an email for people who've had issues and I write to find out what I can do, my money was taken and I didn't get anything in return. I send a screen shot of my order from the app and give all the information and am told I'll see the refund in 5-7 days....... it's been 4 WEEKS!!!! I've still not recieved any more correspondence nor my money. I've since simply deleted the app and will no longer go there, previously I'd gone 2 to 3 times a week. They literally stole my money and said there's nothing they can do about it, horrible customer service and zero resolution to accrual theft!! Add on: I already filled out the form and sent screenshots of my purchase through the app, my last 4 of my card I completed the purchase on and a complete explanation of what happened along with my email. Read moreI really hate to give bad ratings, but our experience tonight was too upsetting. To be fair, I've frequented this particular location many times and usually it's pretty good and the employees are really friendly. Tonight we had a run in with the absolute rudest girl taking our order at the drive through. It was 10pm on a Tuesday and my wife, her friend, and myself were really hungry. I started to order but my wife began speaking to do her part of the order. The girl on the speaker was extremely rude telling us to only talk one at a time. My wife tried to patiently and kindly give her our order but this girl went from rude to having a serious attitude. When we got up to the actual window the girl slammed the window closed and had a coworker come and deal with us. She went to the back where the food was being made and we could see her back there pointing at us. When we finally got our order, it was messed up. We had a suspicion she had done something with the food. When my wife and her friend went in to return the food and get our money back, the girl slammed the debit card on the counter after refunding the money. We went to call the manager to complain and the same rude girl answered (she had given us the store's number, not the corporate one). When we asked for the corporate number this rude girl actually told us to google it and hung up! Seriously? Who does that?
