Kabob Place — Restaurant in Spring Valley

So my friends and I were trying to find some good middle eastern Mediterranean food. I had picked a place and as we were at a long traffic stopped my friend Vincent called an audible. We ended up coming and were treated unbelievably well with some of the best food I've had on this trip. The Armenian salad was the first thing that shocked my taste buds. The full flavor and the essence of all of the fresh vegetables made my body happy. We were then given some fresh pita bread and the owner recommended his baba ganoush which I had never tried before. I will absolutely be ordering that over hummus every time from here on out. Then the kabobs came we got lamb and the beef and the tender cuts of meat were perfect for my Pita rice salad combination. If you are in the Vegas area and want GREAT Armenian food, this is a MUST TRY! Chef Gary was warm, welcoming, and helped me and my sister navigate the menu and order yummy entrees that made us return a couple of days later because we were so impressed with our meals and wanted to try other suggested dishes! Chef Gary welcomed us immediately upon both visits and was a great and warm spirit! Did I mention that the food and the portions are great, too? I don't know if we would've ever found this place just driving down the street because it sits back off the main road and is very unassuming. This place is a gem and the food here is absolutely delicious. I got the the beef kabob combo with side Armenian salad; the meat was perfectly prepared and side sauces were super tasty as well. The portion for the side salad was generous and the homemade vinaigrette made it perfect. I find a lot of other Mediterranean places idea of a side salad is a very small scoop to the side, almost like an afterthought but here they actually give you a whole small bowl!

Additionally The service here was exceptional, the owner was very kind and welcoming, clearly very passionate about cooking and you could genuinely taste the love in the food.
