Dr. Ohriner is our go to eye care doctor. We visit him every year when we drive in from Cali. We love that his staff is very pleasant and efficient to work with. Mariela was super helpful in helping me find the right frames that fit right for my face and for also my for my husband. We loved the frames so much that she selected for us, we decided to also get some new sunglasses. We both love those too. Gianna in pretesting is awesome too! She explained everything very clear and what the tests were for. Gianna was patient in answering all the questions I asked. They know what they’re doing unlike another famous eye place we went to a few years back where we were not given 1/2 the customer service that Family Eyecare provided us with. I showed up to get my glasses fixed was waiting in the lobby for more then 40 minutes , the ladies in the back were just laughing and talking after a while the "manager" called me back , once the girls that help with the glasses came back she just walked away . I felt disregarded . shes very unprofessional and clearly doesnt know what shes doing and shes just leaving all the work to the girls infront and glasses area . I believe her name was Francine . Dr ohriner is a great doctor but needs better management . For this reason i dont think ill be returning. The rest of his staff is great and hardworking just sad to see that the work is...
