I was met by the office manager, JoAnna, and I must admit that her conduct was far from what I have come to expect from your team. She exhibited rudeness and a lack of professionalism that I found disheartening.
Specifically, JoAnna was dismissive and displayed impolite behavior. She threw my prescription paper onto the counter, which was both surprising and unwelcoming. As a first-time prescription renewal patient, I was seeking clarity on certain medical terminology. When I politely requested her assistance and a more pleasant interaction, her response was far from accommodating.
To my dismay, JoAnna made me wait in the lobby for over 30 minutes without any explanation or assistance, despite my submitting my insurance papers promptly. My initial intention was to purchase new frames and obtain my prescription, but this experience left me feeling undervalued and disrespected.

Read moreI love this eye doctor, & everyone else who works with him!! He is really good at taking the time to actually talk with you. He doesn't just rush through an exam. He made sure to explain everything he was saying, to where I could easily understand it. Also, all the questions I asked, he was upfront, honest, & helpful when he answered. He seems very knowledgeable & competent, so I have no problem in trusting my eyes and all things related to my vision, to him. (Also, he is very friendly & energetic, & extremely funny! He had me cracking up! I don't think I've ever had so much fun at an eye doctor's office!!) Plus, I don't remember the girl's name who was getting me all set up with everything before I saw the eye doctor, but she was awesome & super sweet! & Alma, the last person I had the pleasure of interacting with, well.... she's amazing!!! Funny, sweet, & genuinely helpful, that girl had me smiling from ear to ear when I walked out of there! This place is now my new favorite eye doctor's place! (my ONLY eye doctor now, hopefully!) They all definitely go above and beyond!! (*bonus points for playing "Friends" on TV in the waiting room!... which I literally only spent 5 minutes...
