McDonald's — Restaurant in Spring Valley

This fast food restaurant is awesome especially if you use their McDonald's app sold on Android and iOS I love this place because of the food is good and it's cheap and it's something that you can just go and get like for a snack there's always one close and yeah this is like McDonald's is wonderful but I will say the service at the McDonald's on avocado is not the best the workers while some of the workers are always in like a bad mood like they don't want to be at work there's really only very workers that are in a good mood but there is this one lady in there that works at the UPS Store in the shopping center she works there and and at McDonald's she's always in a good mood whenever I walk across the street to go to McDonald she's always in her UPS uniform because because as soon as she gets off of work from The UPS Store she goes straight to McDonald's and her attitude is always wonderful I've never seen her be rude or grumpy or ever dull so that's why this McDonalds deserves a four stars I will say that there are more workers that never have a bad attitude but this is just one of the main ones that stand out to me there's more but this is the only one that I could remember but I know that there are some more workers there that never have a bad attitude so so I do recommend McDonald's it is a good place to go eat and just spend some time with your kids meals are never much...

I'm not sure who is supervising the late night shift but the only lady I seen who takes orders as well needs another class in customer service this is the closest location and I will never go back last week I went and the same crew that was there today was there then and first off the young lady taking orders just kept laughing and not listening when I go to pay and the guy reads back the order it was completely wrong because she's doing less paying attention and more trying to be funny with her co workers when I get to the 2nd window to get the guys she kept staring at me and saying things as if her young self wanted to fight me a customer and at the same time arguing with whoever is placing there order then she acted as she dropped something which I should have been more aware but the food took so long to come out I just took it and left well that was my fault and half the order was missing. Today I go and she's doing the same thing to whoever was placing an order cursing them and saying things an employee at work shouldn't be. Our food was cold and all the condiments weren't there I asked for fries that weren't stale which we were given and the young man only doing his job said they were fresh when indeed they were not. If I could give this place no stars it would be honestly the appropriate rating for service i received at lunch. I tried to place an order and use a coupon on my phone and I was told the offer expired when it clearly said on the bottom of the coupon that it expires in 5 days ! I mean after numerous times of this not working I was given attitude and when I asked for the manager , she could do nothing better to assist. She even gave me an attitude and tried to tell me the same thing: that the offer had already expired. I mean come on I stopped in initially just to use the restroom since I'm on the clock and ended up having 10 minutes of my time wasted to not even get an order placed because the scanner for the barcodes wasn't working, and manually inputting the info apparently wasn't working either. I mean come on its mcdonalds I'm not going to waste my time and cause a scene. This place just gets a review that it deserves.
