So im writing this at 9:30 on a saturday night, the greeting was excellent, i felt excited to order my food, and then it was all downhill from there. Was looking at the options and the food looks like the table at a party when the party's long been over and it was already the morning after. Chowmein was swiming in a grease puddle, it was not as fresh as it should be to say the least. We were tryin to reach over to get some napkins, but there was a grumpy employee that looked like she just couldnt be bothered to be disturbed from her tantrum-throwing like cleaning job. And then while we were eating, it felt as though we were being rushed to finish as frowny mcfrownface was banging trays against the trash can by us. Just so they can all come together and chit chat about who knows what once we left an hour before they close. (Which should have been enough time for them to clean loudly and rudely like some flinstones valley girls who hate their job but like getting paid and having thirsty dudes trynna get at them so they can feel...
Read moreThey really don’t know how to work under pressured. I went to pick up my Uber food that said on the app that was ready and I go upfront and everyone , even cashiers ignored me. I had told them I was picking up for “my name”looked for the bags name. Then she left and cashed out two more people told me to get out of the way so they could pay and didn’t even ask me again anything or told me it wasn’t ready, then I asked her if she could check bc on the app said it was ready. And she just ignore me and cashed more people, then I’m guessing she told her manager and they both came to ask me something which I had no idea what they said bc they both said something at the same time. And then the girl then asked again if my food was under another name which I only gave her the only name my food was and the whole time it was there on the stand , … horrible communication and they don’t know how to work under pressure , I’ve been coming for months been seeing new employees and they all don’t know how to work … and most of them...
Read moreFood was good, but I don't plan on going back to this location. I asked for extra soy sauce & they said they only give 2 packets per meal, it's right there on the sign. What?? I've never been charged for extra soy sauce! Yes, it's 29 cents for 2 more packets. Seriously?? Ugh, ok, I'll take 2 more. Well, I wasn't charged 29 cents like the cashier said, it was 49 cents on my receipt, listed as a "drink refill". I was at another location 2 days ago and was NOT charged for extra soy sauce, the cashier just put 5 in my bag with a smile. I could, maybe, understand an extra charge if it came in the little condiment cups, like the sweet & sour or teriyaki sauce, but this was just the little soy sauce packets. And get this! He gave me 3, YES 3! fortune cookies. Seriously? I can have 3 fortune cookies, no charge, but have to pay for soy sauce? How does that make sense? Is there a soy sauce shortage? Ridiculous. It's the little things that make us come...
