Update 2: Again I do not understand why you continue to bring my boyfriend into this review when the vehicle we are talking about is not his but mine. Like I stated previously I brought my car in prior to the warranty work to show your staff exactly where the bubbles were and the first time pictures were even taken so there was no need to ask my boyfriend or parents at the time of drop off where the bubbles were located. This second time you claimed you did not see the bubbles but your staff member who was seated in the driver’s side started pointing out some of the bubbles. Yes I was outside with your staff after pick up but if you want to go into detail we were standing behind my car having a conversation about car wraps and my stickers and license plate. The moment where I checked the tint was quick as again she said any bubbles I saw in that moment I needed to give a week minimum to go away. At no point in time there did I check the rest of my vehicle as I trusted your company and needed to rush back to work. Sadly I should not have trusted your company as you even refuse to take accountability. My car is brand new and did not have razor cuts in the door panel prior to getting my warranty work done. On the phone your staff member confirmed your staff uses razors but claims the cuts would have been deeper if it were done by you, I am not sure how you can tell the deepness of a cut based on a picture but this confirmed to me your company knows the mistake made. Edit below: Our 4th and 5th cars presented nothing but problems with front windshield tint. One had to go back twice, the other 3 times. I was told it’s because we wear glasses that we can see the imperfections (odd), and on the final visit there was damage to the interior of the vehicle that they claim didn’t happen there because if it was from their razors the cuts would be deeper. If you look at their BBB review another customer had razor cuts in their vehicle when they received it back.
Response: I should not have to have gone twice for warranty work in the first 6 months that I had gotten the tint done. My boyfriend is not the one who drives the vehicle on a daily basis so I am not surprised he did not know where the bubbles were as him and my father were only there to drop the vehicle off. I personally went in the week before both times and showed your staff where the bubbles were at. I did not raise concerns regarding the bubbles during pick up as I was informed to wait a week and the bubbles should vanish. Your company also only does warranty work on Wednesdays and I needed to schedule around it. My door trim was damaged by your company during the last appointment as again the marks were not previously there and unfortunately I did not noticed until the next day which is when I called and left your company a voicemail but you never reached back. I gave your company time to reach back but when I did not hear back that is when I called again. You had to open the driver side door to get in my vehicle to even do my windshield tint so although it was not the area you were working on it was still close by and I would receive notifications each time my door was opened. Your videos on social media show your staff using razors which contradicts all your statements. In our truck your staff also left a razor after we picked it up from the first appointment. I am sadly not the only one who has experienced razors cuts on the inside of my vehicle as seen on your BBB review from 2023. I would like you to please take...

I had so many issues with this place I don’t even know where to start. I had them do work on both my wife’s car and mine. First her car. We were having window tint, chrome delete, and new wheels put on. The tint has cracks an bubbles in it still after over a week. Looks terrible. The chrome delete was probably the only thing done decent. The huge issues came from trying to get wheels from these guys. The name is Rims By Orlando.... you’d think they would know what they are doing with wheels. First thing was when they called me to put the wheels on. I took my car in (2021 genesis g80). They mounted the new wheels and sent me on my way. As I’m driving the car is shaking and pulling back and forth. I immediately turn around and come back. I tell them that there is some thing seriously wrong. The kid at the counter (Gabe) keeps telling me over and over that it’s fine. Well it’s not fine. Then he proceeds to call the wheel guy (who has now disappeared) and the wheel guy tells him “oh yeah he needs hub spacers. The company didn’t send them though.” My instant question was why did they put the wheels on my car if they knew it wouldn’t be done right? Then Gabe proceeded to kick me out of the shop because they were closing (4:20pm when their hours are open until 5pm). I had to then come in the next morning and have them put on the stock wheels. They ordered the wheel hub spacers and 3 days later I came back to have them, and my new wheels finally put on. After leaving the shop while driving behind the car the wheels were noticeably wobbling back and forth. I decided to take it to another shop for a second opinion. They pulled the wheels off and found that the wrong size hub spacers were installed, and the wrong lug nuts so the wheels weren’t even secured to the car. Absolute trash! The next issue is with my truck. I had a full wrap done. At first I was quoted 3 days, then 5-7, they ended up having it for 11 days. I went in to check on it after 4 days. They had taken the bed of the truck off completely and all my inside door panels were tore apart also. I was told that this was to they could wrap the space between the bed and the cab, and also wrap inside the doors “to do it right”. After picking up my truck I now can see that they did not wrap inside any of the doors or in between the truck bed and cab. They left it the stock color. Communication was terrible, expectations were no where near met, quality is the worst I have seen, and still to this day they have done nothing to try and make this right. Final warning, stay away...

I visited R.B.O Motorsport with my girlfriend to get our truck and her car tinted. They claimed to use high-quality XPEL film, but unfortunately, our experience revealed otherwise. After the tint job, we noticed some issues and decided to consult two different authorized window tinting shops that specialize in XPEL film. Both confirmed that the film applied was not XPEL but a much cheaper alternative.
Adding to our disappointment, the interior of my girlfriend’s car was damaged during the tint installation. We found razor marks on the interior panels, which indicates a lack of professionalism and care during the process.
Overall, we felt scammed by R.B.O Motorsport for charging premium prices while using low-quality materials and causing damage to our vehicle. I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality window tinting or professional service. If you’re considering getting your windows tinted, make sure to choose a reputable shop that truly uses the materials...
