Pinches Tacos — Restaurant in Spring Valley

First of all when I walked in i could smell expired cheese from the back. I ordered the watermelon juice and the watermelon they used to make it already went bad, it tasted like sour mold. But I didn’t mind all that because I was excited for the food. When I was ordering, I asked for the La felta and to add bell peppers. I saw her put it in and she put the Vegtariano so I pointed to the menu at la felta and said you put this one right? And she said yes it’s the same thing and even went to ask her manager to confirm. They both said it already comes with bell peppers (which it doesn’t say on the menu, which is why I asked for it to be added) so I said okay? yes I just want the la felta (while pointing to it on the menu) with the bell peppers. My order came and it did have bell peppers, but only because it was a completely different order than the one I wanted. It was only one add on to my plate, but I had to go over it five times and she still ended up not getting it after I said everything I could to try to make sure she understood me??? If you’re confused by pressing the add peppers button than either say so or get a less complicated job. That order she placed was an extra $5 than the one I wanted. Also the vegitariano just tasted like mush, which is what I expected and why I specifically told her I want the la felta (and pointed to it) and not that one (the vegetariano). I just don’t understand what was so hard. Maybe she was scared of her manager because she was annoyed when she asked her for her help, and when I told her this isn’t what I ordered the manager shouted at me from the bar that it says all the ingredients were on the menu. Idk why you’re screaming with attitude especially without coming over to ask me why I didn’t want this, but manager please manage the rotting smell in the restaurant, the amount of watermelon rot in the juice, and be nicer to your slower brained employees because then maybe she’ll want to learn how to press add peppers instead of being too scared to tell you she made a mistake entering the order or doesn’t...

I've been meaning to write a review for this place for few weeks now. This is a great place with great food and good drinks. My fiance and I met a friend here for some food and drinks before moving away from Las Vegas. This place always has a wait when you arrive because the food is that good. The atmosphere is great and trendy. Because of how busy it was the last time we went there, we weren't expecting to get our food served quickly, which we didn't. However, one of the servers came over and noticed that or food had not been deliverd to out table yet and she was very apologetic. She was so extremely nice, she let us know that our drinks where gonna be on the house and even offered to bring us another round, which we gladly accepted. Our food was then brought out immediately. The next thing you know, a gentleman by the name of Fernando came out with a bottle of Tequila and shot glasses and offered the 3 of us a free shot and we accepted. Fernando was so cool and even took a shot with us. This was amazing customer service as they made up for the fact the food was delayed to our table. All of this was unexpected as we were in good conversation and having a great time and we didn't even notice our food was delayed. Usually a 5 with food and service but today was a big NO! I was served alcohol with a minor by the servers side and by that I mean a child! food as well was served by 2 children who defiantly do not have not have health cards or any reason to serve food, It was before 3pm today! I was with my ma and nephew and the the two servers hadn't come by for a long while. I then noticed both servers are taking several shots at the bar with other customers. please look at the cameras if you'd like to see it for yourself as a manger or owner. I like the family oriented stuff but a kid being worked while actual front staff employees are not working especially while they are drinking with customers at the bar. When I was checking out and one of children had to serve tables while the other actual server was helping me with payments and requesting tips that most likely won't go to the child. I wasn't happy and do not agree with how you conducted business today. I was very embarrassed to take my family here, food was still great but service was a big problem. 😕 you've done alot better I've been coming to both locations throughout the years and this was not a good show...
