In all of my life, I have never witnessed a member of the work force with such passion for his profession, and determination to provide the highest level of quality possible than that of Mr. John Sullivan, realtor with Huntington and Ellis. When I first met John, my home had been listed on the market for close to one year, with very little interest from prospective buyers. Having endured two, four month listing phases represented by two different realtors who lacked the marketing skills to sell my home at a competitive price, I was in a state of “hopeless” panic, knowing that the longer my property remained listed and growing “stale,” its value would decline. As the end of the second listing phase approached, I phoned John to talk about my home and to share my previous experience with him. As it turned out, John had visited my house during one of the previous listings and exuded such an enormous level of genuine enthusiasm and excitement over its value, merit, and beauty, that I knew he was the right man to market my house. Did a great job with the sale of our home - got 4 offers within the first 2 weeks it was on the market, and they weren't afraid on offering opinions on why they did and did not like certain offers. Oh, and they take some of the most amazing photos of their properties. We were absolutely floored at how good the pictures looked and the amount of traffic we generated for people viewing the home. Then on the buying side, they were amazingly flexible. We had to go out looking for homes 3 times, which took the better part of the entire day every time. Blaine was amazing, and again, wasn't afraid to offer an opinion on how he felt about certain homes, quality on certain updates, etc. It was very helpful to have someone who would offer their own thoughts as well. When we had narrowed our selections down, he was extremely helpful with checking in the properties, see where we stood, etc. They were on top of everything. When the property we wanted to purchase had concerns about our contingent status, they were on top of it, having our lender complete information to show our lending was in good shape, and then even communicated with our buyer's lender to ensure everything was good on their end for the sale of our home to make the listing agent of the home we wanted even more comfortable with us as a buyer.
