Unfortunately I have to give this place 1 star. My husband and I tried this place out on a Sunday to watch a little football. The service was ok, the food was actually really good, but when I ordered a drink off the little flip book thing on the table, the server and bartender didn't even know what it was. That to me isn't very professional to not know drinks that you sell. We did like the food and atmosphere though so we decided to go back this past Sunday night. We wanted to shoot some pool and have some happy hour drinks. We arrived around 12:15am (happy hour is 12am until 2am) and shot 3 games of pool. I asked the bartender, his name was Aaron, if they had the tequila flight on special (huge sign in front of their bathroom) he acted as if he didn't know what it was. He asked someone else and they said only during football. I said ok then we'll do 2 well vodka tonics. He said ok, made the drinks. We then proceeded to order 3 each (kind of weak) and my bill was $36. I was like what? How are well drinks $6 during happy hour? PT's pub it's $3!! So my husband went back in, because their premium drinks (bombay, tanquerey, ketel one) were $5 each. The bartender literally told my husband, "I don't know why that is, it makes no sense why well drinks are more". Um ok. Why didn't you tell us that when we ordered them? It's like do you want Aristocrat for $6 or Grey Goose for $5? I mean it's a no brainer!! Of course we wanted WAY better liquor for a total of $6 less! It was so upsetting how the bartender failed to even tell us this then when we brought it to his attention he told us even he thought it was stupid, and didn't even offer a discount!! They will NEVER get our business again. Beware of this place, ask how much everything is before...

01/31/2025: Editing my previous 5 stars' review. I've been coming to this location at least twice or thrice per week for the last year and a half or so. Tonight was an off night without a doubt. I usually get acknowledged and greeted within a minute or two, however, tonight, Danny and the lady that was there with him behind the bar did not acknowledge me in 22min (yes, I timed it). While I was sitting there on the video poker machine, $10/spin, Danny and his coworker were just standing there chitchatting, and that's fine, I assumed it was a shift change or something. The straw that broke the camel's back was, after I had activated and deactivated the service button 4 times within that ~20min span, was when a lady sat down next to me and Danny was all smiles acknowledging/greeting her. Immediately took her order while I was sitting right next to her. Zero acknowledgement to the guy that's been here for over 20min. I cashed out my balance and dipped knowing I won't ever be coming back.
Sadly, that was my last time visiting this venue. What a disappointing experience that left a sour taste. Hope there's improvement in the future and please recognize/take care of...
Read moreThe service from the bartender is great, which is why I gave the good. The food service on Thursday July 27th was terrible. I was sitting at the bar and waited at least 20 min. on my third attempt to get her attention was able to finally order. I ordered the Colorado BBQ Wrap with onion rings. There was another group of 3 at the bar that waited forever to be waited on. The food took another 30 min. to arrive. Because of the wait I asked for my meal to be to go. When the meal finally came, I look at the receipt and notice that it is weird. It only shows the Colorado BBQ wrap with the price, the subtotal is more than that price and the total is more. I was then told that the difference between the food and the subtotal was because it cost more for the onion rings, which I was not told. Then I get home and the wrap has steak not chicken in it and the onion rings were cold. I live 5 min away.
As I said the bartenders are great. My problem is with the food service. I do like this place but if this waitress, I believe her name was Judy, is working I will not be eating...
