Horrible.
Not even Hawaiian tasting food. Not even owned by islanders. Unprofessional
Called to order the small family meal at 39.99 as stated by their menu website online per my location.. called to place the order. Stated the 39.99 small family order for pick up asked how long and then they hung up before taking my name or asking if I wanted to pay over the phone..
Husband went to pick up got frustrated with them to pick up because she asks for name says I have no name etc. And what he ordered and then charged us for the large family of 52.99
When I called for them to correct the cost and refund the difference they argued that the price o line is wrong and and upped the prices etc. I know prices have gone up for food but not that much. Second I ordered according to what was advertised and called it in and was not told of the price change.. and instead of issuing the $20 difference and arguing with me that it's my fault and they are not at fault for not updating or informing me of the price they said only thing they would do is if I return the food for a full refund.

Read moreDidn't know this place was a chain. I had gone to the location in Denver and loved it, so when i saw it in Las Vegas, i had to go see if it was the same food. Sure enough, spam masubi, loco moco, and the bbq mix plate were all on the menu and tasted exactly the same as the Denver location. The bbq mix my go-to. Spare ribs, thinly sliced beef steak, and some of the juicest, flavorful, grilled chicken. The plates come with two acoops of rice and a cup of their macaroni salad that is absolutely awesome! Because we spent over $60 we were given a free order of 10 puff pastries that were coated on sugar. Cant remember the name of them, and the website doesn't say anything about them they were good though even though we had no room for any of them as the meal portion was soooo...
Read moreI love the lumpias. The only thing is I wished they wouldn't wrap it up in the bag for it to be soggy instead of putting it in a foam container, with slits or small holes, to keep it somewhat crispy. Hawaiian bbq seems to taste the same no matter where you get it from. The taste doesn't differ. The macaroni salad is ok. I either get that or the rice. I don't want too much starch. Since I don't have any Filipino friends or know of any who make lumpias here in Las Vegas, this is as close as it gets. In California, I used to have a friend who'd make this for me, and I could order them from a Filipino restaurant by the pan. But whenever I do want Hawaiian BBQ, this is the first place I go to. I don't know of any other...
