Be smart & read all reviews 🚩 After all the stress and now humiliation these people put me through since day 1, I will definitely be making sure they don’t do this to anyone else again. They advertise “free delivery “ but after you made the purchase they tell you “but it’s a $120 set up fee” We decided to put our furniture together which was no problem, except for the fact that they sell you badly made furniture. Pieces breaking as you are installing it yourself, I immediately let these people know thinking there would be no problem since the “manager Victoria” told me we had a 1 year warranty, which is ridiculous since it had just been delivered. Of course I was upset questioning myself how long this furniture is actually going to last? Or is it from an open box? Over text messages they tried to make it seem as if it was me that broke the furniture which really upset me. They made me take it in myself knowing I had just gotten out the hospital with a fragile one and when bringing it in, the owner TONY was there and had a disgusting attitude towards me. He also tried to say it was our fault for trying to put something together that was not in good condition and that I needed to go back home and bring back a screw I had forgotten so that he could maybe help me out of courtesy, I told them how difficult and far this place was and that I had a fragile child that had just gotten out the hospital that it was ridiculous and inconsiderate that a customer who just purchased something that is supposed to be brand new had to to go through all this. This man was very rude, has a nasty attitude towards people, and my son noticed and came into the furniture to defend me when he clearly seen this like 6”ft or more TRYING to intimidate me. This man Tony shoved the chair we brought in onto my son who is a minor and told us to get out and that it was no longer his problem and for us to handle it ourselves with the manufacturer. I left the chair took video of everything and when we were leaving, the manager Victoria comes out yelling telling me that they “tried to help”?? I told her this man was horrible and had a bad attitude and was trying to belittle me and of course my son was getting upset about the way they treated me and Victoria said that TONY was the owner and could talk to anyone however he wanted because it was his store. She knew I was still recording and kept lying about the way they handled the situation to begin with. Her voice was so loud I had to try and raise my voice because she would not allow me to talk. I don’t even understand why she went outside when we were trying to leave, she sounded so ignorant yelling saying how much they were trying to help, but really were not and kept defending that owner’s disgusting attitude and saying he was her BOSS, like if we needed to be afraid and stay quiet and let this so called owner disrespect me. All this was unnecessary and if they really wanted to help their customer, he could have given me the chair that was on display, but he wanted me to go home and bring him ONE screw just to make things harder on me. Stop selling garbage to customers!!! And learn to treat paying customers with the respect they deserve. You are money hungry and think everyone will allow you to disrespect them. I know I’m not the only one. I should have read the reviews as I usually do, especially on yelp. Read moreI would give this place a zero Star if I could. I purchased a couch and within 5 months it started to fall apart. It clearly says 1 year warranty on my invoice. I emailed the pictures of the texture that was coming off of the couch and the manager was very slow to get back to us and really didn’t seem to care. He told me it was a burden for him to deal with this. I paid good money for a couch and expect it to last longer then 5 months. He said I need to bring the cushions in and then send them to North Carolina. Extremely inconvenient for me to have to send them cushions before the make a decision to honor there warranty.
In response to Tony: I also encourage anyone that reads this to please read his wonderful Yelp reviews as well. I would be happy to bring my cushion in to your store. You want to send the cushion to North Carolina for them to inspect just to see if they will warranty it. Who knows how long that will take.... especially reading some of the other reviews and how long it already took you to respond to this burden. I work with clients and Manufacturers too, the last thing I do is further inconvenience clients that are already upset With faulty product. I press my my vendor and release the burden from my client that spent money with me. Bottom line is you sell shotty furniture and have even worse customer service.

My husband and I looked at everything that was displayed on the floor and I fell in love with one of their oversized sectionals. It was a bit pricey and I couldn't see myself paying that much. We were also shopping around for a bedroom set. They had a beautiful bedroom set that I also fell in love with. It didn't have a price and because it was so beautiful I thought it would be expensive. After helping another customer, Raul came over to help us. We asked about the sectional because we needed that more and we were shocked and happy with the price he gave us for the sectional. Out of curiosity we asked about the bedroom set as well. The bedroom set was cheaper than Bob's Furniture and FG included two nightstands instead of one. Bob's Furniture was asking for almost the same amount that Raul charged us for both the sectional and the bedroom set. At furniture gallery they had everything in stock and was able to deliver the next day. The total amount included delivery and there were no hidden fees.
