I placed an order on the Subway app. I ordered a Cold Cut Combo Protein Bowl, with Double Meat (+$3.00), and Extra Cheese (+$2.00), and some regular toppings. I arrived at the store, and was greeted by the manager who stated her employee was preparing my order. I sat and waited for a couple minutes, received my order, and left. When I arrived home, I realized that there was no cheese on my order at all. I tried calling the store, but it kept going to voicemail. If I hadn't paid for Extra Cheese, I would've just accepted the loss. I decided because I paid an extra $2.00, that I would go back. I arrived at the store, and provided the food with the receipt to the woman who made my order, and asked her kindly to remake it all over again. She took my receipt, got a new bowl and went down the line reading my receipt and putting ingredients in the bowl. I did not watch her do this, because there was a line of people ordering. She asked me across the room, "Do you want 2 slices or 3?" and I replied, "3." I did not understand the question she was asking me, I just know that I paid for more, and 3 is more than 2. I received my order and sat in my car, and checked the order. She only put 3 little triangles of cheese on my order. I walked back in, and asked the manager how many pieces of cheese normally come on the Protein Bowls, and she explained it is 2 pieces. I then asked if me paying an extra $2.00 for cheese meant that I get that 1 extra little triangle. She said no, and added more cheese to my bowl. While the manager walked to the other side of the counter, the worker who made my bowl twice said to me, "I didn't charge you for extra cheese!" I replied, "I ordered on the app, and on the receipt it says 'ADD CHEESE.'" I then returned home for the second time, and realized she didn't add the extra meat I paid for. So now because I went and tried to get what I paid $2.00 extra for, I gave up what I paid $3.00 extra for. I called the store a few more times, but no one answered. I sincerely hope the young woman that partially made my order twice without ever getting it correct, is brand new, and learning, or does not have a job at this location in the very near future....
Read moreI have never seen such horrible service and rudeness I am one of two customers in there on a very slow looking afternoon and it took them 30 minutes to make one 6 inch sandwich for the gentleman in front of me while they were arguing with him that he couldn't substitute the meat on a sandwich when he didn't want to it was their fault cuz they were out of what he ordered so he was forced to substitute but then they wanted to tell him he couldn't substitute tuna for steak they thought they were going to have to charge him more because we all know that Tuna is more expensive than steak🙄 and then when they're finally done making hus sandwich he says he would like to take advantage of the buy $25 in gift cards and get your sandwich for free and the woman actually told himshe would not honor the deal that is going on because she doesn't know how and it's time for her break so she's not going to attempt to do it even though that's the current advertised special for their store we had to walk her through how to do it even though we don't work at Subway and by that time it's been about 45 minutes I gave up on getting my six-inch sandwich and it'll be the last time I ever walked through that Subway and I hope she enjoys her break that she repeated every five minutes she was...

My wife wanted a simple turkey on wheat with a couple veggies. When I received the order it was not even close to what I had ordered. I ordered the Chicken bacon. Ranch with double meat. They sent me a sandwich on a different bread than what I ordered, with the wrong chicken , no bacon, chipotle sauce and a TON of green peppers which I am highly allergic to. They sent my wife a tuna sandwich on Italian with extra mayo it looked like which she absolutely hates. I called the store to inquire about my order and was just hung up on. I am disabled so it's rough for me to get around, but I wasn't putting up with that. As I entered the store I saw two ladies , one looked to be in training and the other completely ignored me when I came up to the register.
