Terrible Experience I recently had an extremely disappointing experience in here and I feel compelled to share my negative encounter. The overall service, pricing, and policies left much to be desired, making it the worst flower shop experience I have ever had. To add to the frustration, the employee who assisted us, Nadia, did not provide satisfactory customer service. First and foremost, I was shocked by the exorbitant prices at here. The cost of their arrangements was significantly higher compared to other flower shops in the area. I expected to pay a premium for quality flowers and unique designs, but the prices were unjustifiably inflated. It was disheartening to realize that I had overpaid for the floral arrangements. She appeared disinterested and unwilling to answer questions or provide suggestions. I felt ignored and unimportant as a customer, which significantly impacted my overall experience. This practice left me feeling uneasy, as it seemed like a tactic to take advantage of customers. Unfortunately, my concerns were validated when I received the arrangements. The arraignment was not made the way I asked with less roses than the one I ordered. I called to speak with the manager she wasn't available, I Ieft a messeage to call me after 2:00 she called the next day at 10:40 I'm working, so I called again left word, never called, so I called again and the attendant,said she had just left out of town,and wouldn't be back for a week, finally when I got upset and hung up on her cause she was so rude I get a call from owner.Yes she apologized,but didn't do a thing about it except to say she would speak to her employee. So I asked him about the process for possible future deliveries, he asked a few questions and come to find out he lived in the same community where my boyfriend lives and said he would then personally deliver the flowers himself!!!! Two hours later my flowers were delivered! I was so happy and excited. Iāve worked in customer service for 10 years but his service was beyond amazing.
