Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Spring Valley

A TOXIC RESTAURANT:

I would not recommend this particular Wienerschnitzel. The customer service at this restaurant was beyond horrible. There was no greeting; coming or going. No welcome whatsoever. An unbelievable lack of customer service. The cashier at the window was horribly unfriendly. Being the only person in the drive thru, I thought my order would be quick, it wasn't. There was no one in the restaurant and my order was taking longer than expected. When I looked into the window to see something, anything, I see the drive thru cashier on her phone and the store cashier on her phone. ??? When my order was finally ready, she flung the bag at me and slammed the window shut. The experience was so toxic, I wanted a refund. I went into the store and asked for my money, back and was told, "If I give you a refund my register will be short." I asked to speak with a manager and was told there was no manager on duty, that if I wanted a refund, I would need to return the following day. The whole experience was just so toxic. With all the options available to me, I will certainly not be returning to this...

Good chili dogs but I didn’t really care for the corn dogs let’s be honest they tasted like foster farms frozen corn dogs. My 3 star is probably a corporate matter not a employee complaint. I stopped by today and order 5 chili dog deal, for $5.95, 6.45 with tax. Alright this was my first time coming to this business I just was craving a dog figure I might as well get the deal instead of paying $2 per dog. So I realized the dogs didn’t come with cheese. I asked can I have cheese on those hot dogs cashier stated it would be .40 cents extra for each hot dog. So that would’ve made my total $8.45 roughly. I opted out for the extra cheese sprinkles and I purchased 1 side of cheese, guess what? It covered 5 dogs. In addition I requested onions and jalapeños, guess what? Upcharge for jalapeños per dog, so once again, ordered 1 side and it covered all my dogs. How can you call yourself a hotdog establishment when your charging me for everything. 7-11 dogs taste better in my opinion and they give you free cheese and chili and jalapeño and onions....

Place was clean, service was good. I love a good Kraut dog..the kraut is weak tasting and thin cut . Way to many onions, that weren't even strong enough to add to the flavor that was missing in the kraut. But, that is just that dog. The frech fries were fresh, hot and cooked in clean oil...but not salt. Of course the had a ton of condiments including salt and pepper very well organized. But I didn't think to get any..maybe should have..or at least had them lightly salted from the get go?

They had all sorts of other foods and stuff..but couldn't get the kraut dog good..and Wienershcnizle is maybe the king of hot dogs...

The staff was nice and all was exceptional. ..except the kraut.
