Wow! What a great experience! I've been waiting what seems like forever to see when they are open. Right now it's just the weekends and when they announce on their Facebook page. I saw them by chance on this Thursday getting set up to open around 4:30. I ordered the chicken and the beef empanadas and the lumpia. It didn't take long to cook. They were super hot so I couldn't eat them right away. When I got down the road and finally tried them, I was surprised that the outer bread of the empanadas was sweat and nice texture which really complimented the savory filling. The lumpia was new to us but is very similar to a Chinese spring roll. They were so crispy and delicious! While waiting for our snack, the other food being prepared smelled amazing! Everything has always been good but I ordered the chicken and pork adobo which the meats were delicious but I did not get any adobo sauce to use on my rice.it was a tray full of oil and I was very disappointed. Then I discovered this amazing food truck area. They say Filipino hospitality is the best, and that also goes for here.
