BAD BUSINESS BUBBLE TEA!!! LESS THAN "1" STAR! My daughters were so excited to go to this Bubble Tea Bar. However, the experience did not turn our well! I AM ALL TO HAPPY TO CELEBRATE THE SUCCESS OF A BUSINESS IN OUR COMMUNITY AND THEIR GROWTH AND EXPANSION... I LOVE GIVING 5 STAR REVIEWS TO OUR LOCAL BUSINESSES, BUT NOT FOR THIS TYPE OF SERVICE AND TREATMENT...

My daughters used their hard earned money to purchase their bubble tea. One of my daughters ordered a drink that did not taste like it was advertised. I saw her take a sip and say this taste like cherry with a strange look on her face, so me thinking she was exaggerating-I decided to taste the drink as well and sure enough cherries.

My daughter went to ask the cashier to switch the drink out and was told she could switch the drink out of get a refund. You could visibly see that the cup was pretty much full. I approached the cashier and said no ma'am she is correct, the drink does not taste like what you advertised and then she responded NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES just had a look on face as if to say " OH WELL!"

I don't know what anyone else's experience has been, but nothing about this experience was 5 STAR, you basically ripped off a 10 YEAR OLD CHILD and then had the nerve to look unfazed... So, I hope our community members read this review with discernment...

THIS IS A HONEST REVIEW AND PLEASE KNOW THERE ARE OTHER BUBBLE TEAS SPOT IN OUR COMMUNITY THAT ARE CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED AND MAKE GREAT BUBBLE TEA DRINKS... King Tea Bubble and Coffee is one of them... (238- 5 STAR REVIEWS).

Out of the 1000's of reviews, I maybe can count on 1 hand how many reviews I HAVE WRITTEN...

I bring the kids here at least once a week, if not more often. They are big fans of the tea. My daughter loves the strawberry-banana smoothie and I do too, but due to current diet restrictions I have never been able to buy one for myself because there are no nutrition facts found anywhere: have looked on the website too. Yesterday we went again and my son ordered the wrong thing: tapioca beads instead of the strawberry ones. I went to ask for a replacement and the attendant reluctantly said he would do it as a one time courtesy and that he would charge me the next time. The attitude combined with the words startled me a tad, however I had no choice but to thank him for the "gesture." I proceeded to ask him for the ingredients in the smoothie and I almost had to force pull the words out of his mouth. He says "bananas and strawberries." I responded "just that, no other ingredients?" to what he said, "well yes, creamer." "No sugar?" I asked. In summary, not very helpful with the information. I also asked him if the beads could be purchased separately and he wasn't very helpful or informative either. Again, not only the lack of words but the attitude made it unpleasant. Maybe he really didn't know but if he would've been nicer about it, the interaction would've been much better. After being such a faithful customer this last experience just made me want to go elsewhere going forward. There's another boba place not too far from this one that we will try out, hoping for a...

Came here for the very first time on Labor Day, ordered the tiger sugar tea. I saw the picture and saw it had tapioca and coffee jelly and thought I’d give it a try. Lady told me she was out of coffee jelly which I said was fine since The main part i like is the tapioca anyways. Drinks come out with coffee jelly and no tapioca when I asked where it was she then changes it the we’re out of tapioca. When asked for a refund for the misinformation and me not liking the drink I was given rude attitudes and told no. When i asked do they not give refunds they said “we do but that’s not a good enough reason to tell my manager” so when i asked for them to speak to the manger they said they would give them a call. After waiting for a while i was then told “my managers said we don’t do refunds” after the girl who made my drink wrong told me they did. So even though they are the ones that messed up never got my money bad. Never drank the drink. Terrible customer service, waste of $6. I was really excited to try this place after that good reviews, I also wanted to try the churros but they were out of that too. Sadly won’t...
