Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Spring

*UPDATE: never arrived. We had to call a THIRD time. Were told 2 different stories, and ultimately that they were sitting under the heat lamp. Fella was surly, too. Finally got them delivered... long after everyone else had eaten. They were lukewarm and soggy. Won't order again.

We order from here regularly. Not the best pizza, but decent and cheap(we're feeding eight people). This experience happened in Memorial Day, so we were somewhat prepared for a wait. Ordered pizza, tots and wings for 10 hungry folks. Wait wasn't bad, but we got no wings. They sent us breadsticks instead. We called right away to resolve the issue. They said they could send us the wings or offer us free wings on our next order. Obviously we wanted our dinner, but if we had not, free wings on the next order would not have been sufficient for going without dinner. Especially given we'd have to pay a new delivery charge and tip. After waiting an hour we called again. Were told they were on their way. Still waiting 30 minutes later. If they do arrive I'm sure they'll be cold. I can easily forgive one mistake, but not happy with the lack of attempt to...

Yeesh! 😑 Where do I begin? Once upon a time Domino’s pizza was the go to pizza for me. That last time they reinvented themselves and carried “better” ingredients, these were the better years 🥲 let’s say their GOLDEN YEARS.

Writing this review is like meeting your favorite superstar only to realize they are a terrible person.

This pizza looks amazing in the picture I ordered a pepperoni + “blackened” spinach + feta cheese with extra pizza sauce. I always get it sloppy but this pizza was so dry that after trying to eat while I was driving I had to pull over and stop at my nearest gas station ⛽️ 😆 j/k but this pizza was dry.

I also decided to order garlic knots and these things are grease flavored cardboard, this can’t be what James & Tom Monaghan had in mind with deciding to allow this. 🫣

This experience made me decide to delete the app and intentionally avoid them until further notice. Domino’s gets 2 stars for nostalgia...

Werecently ordered 2 pizzas with cheese sticks, and unfortunately, the overall experience was not up to par. The pizzas and cheese sticks were noticeably overcooked, with a level of crispiness that exceeded our preference. Surprisingly, half of my companion's pizza was also overcooked, which was quite strange.

While we understand that variations in cooking can occur, it seems that this issue is more common than expected, as we noticed similar comments from other customers. We were disappointed with the quality of the food, especially considering our previous positive experiences.

We hope that this feedback is taken constructively and works on ensuring consistent cooking standards. We believe in the potential of this establishment and look forward to a better experience...
