Had really bad service at this location twice now. 1st time was a couple years ago when I went in to order and was told it would take about 10 minutes. 2 people that ordered after I did got their pizzas and I was still left waiting. I had to ask the guy where my pizza was and was told it was accidentally given to the wrong person. I let that bad visit go but not this time. Again, today I went in and ordered my pizzas. Yes they were busy but, again I started seeing people that ordered after I did get their orders. I asked the girl where my order was and she asked what I ordered. I told her and her response was that they had less toppings so they got theirs before I did. I proceeded to tell her that the guy that ordered behind me came in 5 minutes after I ordered so it didn't make sense as to why my order was made after his, or any of the other 4 people that came in after him. She went to the back to check on my order and came back to the front and never said anything about where my order was. So now, 23 minutes after I ordered I asked another employee, Lexi about my order and her reply is that they were really busy and hectic. So I replied so busy and hectic that others that ordered after I did are getting their food but yet here I am still waiting? I asked for the manager and was told he is on vacation, so I got a number to call. She then tried to offer free bread sticks, like that's gonna fix me having to wait so long. I finally said I want to cancel my order and want my money back. She had to get some guy to come up front to refund me and as soon as he did my order was ready. I replied, 30 minutes really? And Lexi felt the need to say very rudely, yes 30 minutes. I let her know I will make sure to let her manager know that's how paying customers are treated when they start asking where their pizzas are after waiting so long. I tried calling the number she gave me but no reply yet. Need to find out who I can talk to about this if I don't hear back from...
Read moreIf I could give this location a 0, I absolutely would. I've received my pizza undercooked from this location more times than I can remember, but I just get home and put it in the oven for another 5-10 minutes and it's fine. Understandable considering the price. HOWEVER, today I went to pick up my pizza and it wasn't ready. They said my pizza stuck to the pan and it would take another 15 minutes or so for a new one. I waited in the lobby for OVER half an hour and NO ONE talked to me, offered any sort of explanation as to why it was taking so long, or apologized for the inconvenience. I watched AT LEAST 14 people come in and go out with their pizzas. After over thirty minutes the kid at the front counter says they're still working on it, to which I reply, "really?!" And he says in an incredibly condescending tone, "yeah. Really." I ask to speak with the manager and the kid tells me the manager is busy. I explain that I'm not leaving until I speak with the manager. The kid disappears and comes back with my pizza. He then shoves the box towards me and says, "here." I take the box and explain again that I expect him to get his manager and he refuses. So I have to go around the counter and holler into the back area for someone to please get me a manager. Someone who claimed to be the manager came out and offered me free crazy bread and soda, but what I really wanted was an apology for the incredibly long wait and the disrespectful behavior from the guy at the front counter. And then... AND THEN... I get home and discover that my pizza wasn't even made correctly... I'm not making this up.
I'm not writing this for the people on Google, I'm writing it because I hope whoever is in charge of the store sees it and comes down like Thor's hammer on the kid at the front counter and the boys in the back who can't seem to...
Read moreDear future little Ceasers customers,
If you are looking foreward to delicious hot and ready pizzas, you must greatly lower your expectations of this location. The pizzas you eventually receive, which will be much later than whatever time they tell you, will not be hot and likely missing something in your order. We placed an order at 6:35pm for 3 pizzas and two 2 cheesy bread online for pick up, was told would be ready at 7:20pm. Show up at 7:25pm to pick them up, waited in a room packed full of angry customers for 10 minutes, guy at the counter told us it was in the oven. Did not get handed our order until 8:30pm! The bottom of the boxes resting in my hands were not even warm, I could immediately tell the pizzas inside were more cold than even warm. We were shorted a cheesy bread and took our loss because I did not want to find out how long it would take them to get that to us. Really wanted to get a refund, but my wife and 3 children were tired and hungry, So if you want cold and unready pizzas, this is the place for you. This was the second and last time I will ever order from this location, as the first experience did not go much better and tried giving them another chance to maybe change my mind about them. We love little Caesar’s pizza, but this location will most likely disappoint. Just a fair and...
