Kolache Factory — Restaurant in Spring

I don’t do reviews often but felt the need to do this one. I love Kolache factory but don’t go often because there isn’t one close to my house. I was heading out Saturday morning and decided to stop and get kolaches because it was on my route to the freeway. I was super excited because I hadn’t had one in forever. I stopped in and the woman at the register greeted me and I began giving her my order. I had to repeat my order several times and eventually point to the item I wanted because she could not speak English!! It was very frustrating!!! There was a gentleman at the next register having the same problem. I overheard him say, “ok let me start over’., in a frustrated voice.

Once I finally got to eat my food there was more bread than filling. It was a very disappointing experience. After this I don’t care to go back to kolache factory.

We live in America hire people that speak English,. I shouldn’t have to learn Spanish to be able to...

This is my go to location since two in my area that were closer closed their doors. This location is good I just wish the customer service was a bit better. Make me feel like you appreciate my business because from working in the service industry If we don't have customers we don't have jobs. Anyhow as a company they have a good product. I just wish when creating new limited time Kolaches they come up with more vegan options and Kolaches without bacon for those who want something different that don't eat meat or pork products. I would like to try the millennial but. it has bacon and I am curious how warming up a kolache with avocado is going to work or how they are going to keep the avocado from turning brown before...

Had no problem with this place in the past, but when I tried to call in a pickup order today, they stated that they didn't have enough of the kolache I wanted and will no longer cook additional kolaches to order after 11am (3 hours before closing). I called over an hour before closing, so there's no reason they should refuse to do so, and they've had no problem doing so in the past. Too bad; I had a craving for them, but ultimately I took my business elsewhere.

EDIT: Had this issue again recently, where they tried to say the only options are the limited choices of what's left over, and this was an hour before closed. They finally, reluctantly cooked...
