Jeff and the other associate at Gamestop at 21212 Kuykendahl Rd, Spring, Tx are extremely helpful and patient. The day I traded in two systems with several games in order to pre-order the new PS4 Pro was also the same day that the highly awaited Legendary Edition of Skyrim and Titanfall 2 released. There were a lot of people coming into the store, but the employees at this Gamestop took the time to price out my trades as quickly as possible. They helped explain to me that I was missing a few component cables that I forgot to bring with the trade in systems, and after two attempts on my part to run home and get them, I was awarded with a fair, good condition value of both of my systems. These two gentlemen are great representatives of this company. Even during periods of great activity, they treat each customer as if they were the only customers in the store at that time. Read moreThe manager of this location is extremely rude. He does not acknowledge you if you are standing at the door, in fact he completely ignores you. I could see he was on the phone however, he never even motioned or held up a note or anything to say yes I see you. Worst customer service ever. And then I hear him screaming at another customer today when they had waited for over 15 min for him to acknowledge them outside. He said there is only 1 phone line but he could have at least apologized for the wait and told them he would be right with them. I am going to find a different game stop.
