I'm giving it 4 stars mainly because I can't really knock the restaurant itself for anything. My wife and I just aren't big Chick-fil-A fans. It's been a few years since we've had them and decided to go there because my grandson is super picky and will only eat chicken nuggets if someone peels the breading off, so we figured we'd go there for the naked nuggets. After it was all said and done he didn't like anything but the drink, and even didn't care about the puzzle it came with(can't blame him on that it was really just a bunch of vertically shredded lines, from what I could tell). My wife got the spicy chicken sandwich and said it wasn't anything to write home about. I got the Cobb salad with grilled nuggets, as it comes. It was a descent salad, well made, all items were fresh, and the avocado lime ranch was good. I didn't detect any crispy red bell peppers or charred tomato in it like their website says, and I could have left out the corn, personally, but it wasn't shabby. The grilled chicken was a no go for it, and would probably have been better with breaded chicken strips or the like. I'd personally prefer just some ham or turkey chunks instead of the chicken. They took awhile, but they were packed, which always seems to be the case. Like I said I'm just not a big fan so take that into account when reading my review, as it appears from how packed they always are, my taste is on the minority side😊. On a final note, I think it should be said that, as is the case with every chick fil a I've been to, the service and cleanliness were top notch. I truly believe this is where they shine. If burger King could get chick fil as hiring down, McDonald's would have something to worry about (well that and the fries). Seriously though, even with the lowered standards that seems to have become common practice across the board (seriously, service sucks everywhere), Chick-fil-A still seems to know how to hire and inspire their staff, because they do it right...
Read moreI visit this location several times a week not to mention my husband and daughter frequent this location. Last night the service was HORRIBLE!! I called as soon as I made it home to inform them of the items that were left out of my order. Well they answered and hung up on me a numerous amount of times. They literally picked the phone up and hung it up (I didn’t call back to back I waited several minutes between each call) after an hour and 45 minutes the Manager Amanda finally answered. I expressed to her what happened along with the hang ups she was very pleasant and apologetic. She offered to replace my food and issues gift cards and stated she would be there tomorrow from 9am-7pm and if I couldn’t make it at that time any manager would be able to accommodate me. Well that wasn’t true I was told to come back when she was working because they were not aware and after talking to them for a while they decided to just replace the food and still stated I need to come back for the gift card. They had me waiting behind a number and guess what they still got a simple order wrong after I gave them the receipt. I’m totally disappointed with the service and the fact the other two managers at the window act as if I was fabricating the conversation I had with Amanda. This is very disappointing especially coming from a organization that suppose to have...
Read moreIve been going to Chick Fil- A's for over 17 years on a regular basis, and i can honestly say this particular location has been the worst on many levels. The customer service isnt what it once was, the last few breakfast meals havent been good. The chicken sandwich wasnt very tender , the bisquit wasnt as soft as they were in the past. Today i go thru the drive thru and witness them handing a customer a bag and the customer handing them the bag back moments later, when i pull up to the window they take my money, hand me my drink then give me my change, then proceed to hand me the same bag that was giving to the previous customer. I told them i wanted a meal that was fresh and not something that another customer had their hands on even if it was only for a less then 30 seconds. The kid gave me another bag and felt the need to be sarcastic. Then to top it off, when i go to mess with my drink there was something floating in my drink. I believe the issue with the drinks is the way they handle their straws, they remove about 75% of the wrapping in the straws and the open portion sits down in a basket next to their fountain drink , where it gathers dust and many other things during the day and over night. I would question how often...
