Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Spring

I went through the drive thru ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal with fries and a coke. My beverage was not filled up all way it was almost halfway empty but, I didn’t say anything when it was handed to me. And while my beverage was being handed to me the guy at the window was holding my coke sideways!!!! 😆 Like really?!! 😆 Literally sideways, not tilted, SIDEWAYS! So I’m hungry and I decide not to pay attention to the rude and inconsiderate service and park in the parking lot to eat. I open up my spicy chicken sandwich and it is falling apart, it’s so breaded that I could not even find the chicken! When I held my chicken sandwich up to take a bite, the side breading of the chicken and inside the sandwich itself were falling out and soggy. Why? When I literally pulled into the parking lot to eat, I haven’t even left the premises of Popeyes yet!!! I could have dealt with the half empty coke and half decent service but this review was for the sloppy made spicy chicken sandwich that I wish I would have saved my money on. On the upside the...

Absolutely one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a fast food place. Almost 30 minutes in drive thru. No hello or anything at window other than the total of money due. Was told they didn't start cooking French fries so we could wait or get something else. Had one drink wrong. We pulled up out of the way to check food since the line was so long. We had pretty much all of ours and then also a couple of happy meals but no sauces so we went inside and told manager what had happened. She got what we were missing from our order and was literally ringing up the sauces that we asked for with our 2 (5 piece) chicken strips. I said im not paying for a few sauces after what we just went through here. She finally just let it go but never one time apologized or anything. Apologizing is the FIRST and last thing you do as a manager. You could tell she didn't give two craps about anything. Will never go back there. They only get stars because the food was good. Nothing else good to say about this place. Went through drive-thru and I literally waited in line for 30 minutes. I couldn't leave the line even if I wanted to because the lane was completely blocked off. No way out of the line except for getting your food first then leaving. When I got to the window, they didn't have my food, even after 30 minutes, because they lost my order. The lady didn't even know what I ordered. The drive-thru experience was so terrible that I went and told a guy waiting in line what had happened to me, and I convinced him not to go through drive-thru. I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy. And I'm being serious. I don't know how fast-food restaurants get away with making drive-thru lanes to where once you're in there's no way out. Next time I'll just eat elsewhere.
