I can't speak to the atmosphere of this establishment because it's changed names/hands multiple times. And I don't usually post a review the same night I eat from a place but this one is a special case. The eggs I received were cold and almost frozen in the middle. I won't get into the fact it's almost $2 for an extra egg, and they aren't even heated properly. The Tonkotsu comes with corn and it was missing. To which I was told I didn't order corn!?! Do they not know what comes in their own ramen!?! This may just be this Ramen restaurant, but I have never received cold broth and cold food and been told that's how it's sent out. If something is cooked and prepared fresh as a hot food, it should be HOT. The chicken katsu I ordered came with no sauce, which was extremely disappointing, especially because the cutlet was already cold , dry, and bland. The menu states it comes with broccoli as the vegetables, not mixed veggies, BUT BROCCOLI. I am not sure why the meal I received came with exactly two pieces, but they need better interpretation of their menu if they want to mitigate confusion. The rice was also cold and tasted old. The worst part of this situation was calling to report the inadequacy of my food only to have "Judy" argue with her employee for almost 10 minutes while I waited to see if they were at least going to offer some resolution. They didn't. This woman couldn't even speak to me directly regarding my order issue which is extremely rude and unprofessional. This is not the kind of quality I have ever had in my Ramen and I certainly will never visit or order from this place again. After spending $60 and basically being told I'm wrong as a customer it's unacceptable. Not one offer to correct or explain was taken by the manager, and it's not even about a refund but taking accountability. I attempted to support a local owned business, and I should have just...

Me and my wife love Ramen. Our favorite place is Samurai. Unfortunately we now live on 1960 and don't want to drive all the way to Samurai. We received a menu in the mail from this place and decided to give it a try. Upon arrival we realized we had ate at another establishment within this same suite. We hated the other place, but decided to give this one a try hoping that it was a completely new restaurant and not just a re-name.

The waitress came up to us and took our orders. We had 6 people, she didn't write anything down which raised concerns for us. The orders came back wrong, as expected. They then took the dishes to the back and just basically took out whatever wasn't suppose to be in it. One of the items was suppose to be chicken noodles, they brought out shrimp noodles. Went to the back and basically just swapped the shrimp out with chicken which left a seafood taste on the dish. Terrible. The Ramen was ok. We also ordered pork buns, which were decent. There was nothing ordered that would make me come back.

Customer service was great though, everyone was friendly and the place was clean. Great family atmosphere. I would suggest maybe making a better broth for the Ramen. In my opinion it lacks flavor. The ingredients seem fresh, the broth just doesn't do it for me.

This place would get 5 stars from me if not for such a bad experience my last visit. I love the food and I wanted to introduce it to mt co workers since we are so close. I ordered over $100 of the same meal. They told me on the phone that they were out of the egg that goes in it and I was OK with it. What they didnt tell me and I didnt know until we got back to work with the food is that they must have been out of the spinach that goes in the ramen because they put brocollie in all of them instead of spinach. That ruined everything. Everyone of us picked the brocollie out and threw it out. Its not a close substitilution in ramen soup. They should have told me that they were out of it when they told me about the egg and I would have waited until another night to get it because I bought mine and for 7 other people. Thats been 3 werks ago and I havent ordered since and don't plan on it. Worse more I bought for the others so they would love the food and order it with me and none of them want it because it wasn't anything like what I told them about. All it would have taken is for them to be honest and not want the sale bad enough that they didnt make the food as it is supposed to and now they have lost regular orders...

Was excited to try this place when we got a mailer from them! The menu has lots of different options for different kinds of dietary needs and our server was happy to ask for me about menu items to ensure they were safe for me to eat. The spicy garlic edamame is a garlic lovers dream and absolutely delicious! I also really enjoyed the chicken wonton ramen. The broth you can tell is a rich chicken bone broth and the noodles were cooked perfectly still having a little chewy bite to them. The wontons lacked flavor but the veggies were nice and fresh. My husband greatly enjoyed his shaggy dog roll and looks forward to bringing some of our friends who like sushi to come try it. Food was yummy, staff was friendly and helpful and the restaurant itself has a cozy atmosphere and was very clean. Highly recommend giving this place a try!

I have been to this location several times. Sadly, the restaurant has changed businesses several times, but usually reopens as a sushi/ramen place. This is my first visit to Airi, and it was great. I got a spicy tuna poke bowl which was huge, fresh and full of wonderful flavors and textures. It was so pretty, I had to grab a picture. Our server was fantastic. So hardworking and attentive. We were impressed. The atmosphere hasn't changed since our last visit. There are two huge custom built wood tables with a rock garden in the center of them, and several booths to sit at. It's a gorgeous restaurant and we have always loved the food here. I'm not sure why the restaurants here don't stay in business, but the food is fresh and nicely made. Worth a visit!
