Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Springdale Township

What an awful experience today by not just us but several customers. Our blueberry muffin was good and so were the 2 drinks we ordered. The issue is with the service it took us over 30 minutes to get our muffin. There was soo much confusion on orders, drinks sitting on the counter but no one knew what they were or if it was their drink. People were ordering after us and another couple and yhey were getting their orders with food before us. A couple of the employees were so rude and I have a feeling that was how they respond to stress. I won't be back at this location Now I will applaud the location on 33rd and Minnesota and the Cavalier location off of Marion. When I entered the store, I wanted to put my order in right away as I had some homework to correct and could only stay a short time. I tried to get the attention of the young lady behind the counter, but she didn't see or hear me. I waited a few minutes and then made a visit to the restroom to wash my hands. When I came back out, apparently, neither of the two workers noticed that I had entered the store, as they were completely surprised by my appearance. After they recovered, I explained that I had been in the store more than five minutes. They kind of apologized for not noticing me, but not really. The worst scooters out of them all. Over a year and a half of wrong orders every time I order no matter what I’m ordering. You want a blended? You get iced. You want it hot? You get it blended. It’s just simple things they can’t ever seem to get right. It’s not even a ‘once in a while’ thing it’s an every single day thing. yesterday I ordered 1 drink with no special requests & 1 food item.
